The beach had a lot of rocks when you swim, and hurt our legs, knees, and feet, dangerous. Wish you can remove the rocks in the swimming area of the beach. If there was no rocks to swim at your beach, we would go more often. If one is coming for the beach, this place is not for you.

Great service by Yulenie,Pia Lopez and Andrea. Initially was very upset as this was a business trip, and we had early starts at 7 AM. How are the gyms was open only by 7 AM. Yulenie really managed to Camas down and turned around this whole trip to a really happy trip. She was awesome always smiling and ready to help attitude. Pia on the other hand was always welcoming and ensured that our dietary needs taken care of. Andrea and the other girls at the gym reception were quite welcoming and made us feel at home . Overall call Staff quite a pleasure to deal with and meet us feel at home. Especially the staff at the buffet and the various restaurants. Mr. Lopes at the Buffay was a pleasure to deal with and the only one I got a picture with. Thank you Barcelo Karmina for this wonderful stay we will be back again. God bless you. One thing you could improve for sure is the quality of food at the Japanese restaurant. It is nothing like real Japanese food otherwise all OK…

Me gustaría dar las gracias a mis amigos. El tiempo que estuve en este hotel fue uno de mis mejores momentos. Los muchachos que trabajan en el centro recreativo son muy agradables y amables. Siempre me dieron un corazón cálido y disfruté de muchas clases como yoga, baile latino, aeróbic acuático, español y pintura. Me enseñaron muy amablemente y todo el recuerdo quedará en mi mente. Amazing!!!! She can dance she can sing she owned the stage. She showed out and I would love to see her perform again. If you are at Barcelo karmina make sure to stay for a night she performs. The whole group is great but she deserves even more.

Food and ambiance was not up to standard for a four diamond hotel. Check in and check out was chaotic and slow and the food at specialty restaurants was below what we expected. Pools were too crowded and not enough chairs

Travelers from other countries will need to adapt a little to Mexican culture with some of the foods being a little spicy and music at higher levels than necessary. Manzanillo is a safe place while you are enjoying the resort grounds. Received a couple of warning from people owning property to limit activity off the resort grounds because of crime.

Food was great. Pools great and night time entertainment was exceptional. Room was spacious and well organized clean. Everyone was inviting. They even had a club at night for the extra adventurous. Great time did not have to leave the hotel.
