I just visited this hotel for one day, servíce from frontdesk was not good because I arrived at 11am and they gave me my room around 5:30pm, rooms need maintenance and several improvements, and beach is not in the hotel, you have to walk 10-15 minutes and cross a road to reach the beach.

This resort is for LATINOS ONLY. If you don't speak Spanish you will be very disappointed and depressed the first moment you arrive there. Every thing there is Mexican; the food, the TV channels, the entertainments which are very poor. Weekends are impossible, busses and busses are loaded with Mexicans from all walks of life will invade the resort. Over...

In generally a good hotel, fantastic staff attention, very good food. Its weak point are the rooms a little old and tight schedules in restaurants. The site for change of towel is very far, put one near the pool

Not at all as advertised. Was there for a 1/2 hour and called our Sunwing rep to get us to a different resort or send us home. Not beachfront. Should be advertised not for people with mobility problems. All stairs and hills. Beds are a cement slab with a mattress. Food is terrible. Only one person spoke English and then...

We've been to Vista 4 or 5 times and always enjoyed the experience. We know it's not a 5 star resort, and they don't pretend to be, but we've always had a great time. As others have said, Jorge is an all-star. Having just returned from a week at Vista, with 3 other couples and a single friend, we made...

When the transfer coach pulled up to the "lobby", I was hesitant to even get out of the bus. First of all, the bus turned left off the highway so the hotel is NOT beachfront as advertised. The "lobby" is a small room in a small building separate from the rest of the hotel. Our first room had louvered windows...
