Victor is the best! He was able to help me no matter what even out of hour. We had an amazing birthday celebration because of him. I can say that he helps me more than i expected. He gaves me some doferent options to have a noce and unforgettable celebration. He asks Fryda to help us when he was not at the hotel but everything was ready and we didn't need anything else. Thank you Victor. Estayci is the best receptionist ever! She was able to help me in everything and she helps us with our extra night being always kind and gentle with a smile on her face always. We had an issue because the rooms given to us were too small for our family of 6. We had wished for everyone in our family to have their own bed, although because of the situation of the Check-in we were not able to get what we paid for.
I love to go to the pools they have 5 pools so it’s perfect for families with kids, I also love that they hace a kids club its the perfect place for the kids to hang out with another kids and persons, the attention of all the workers is the best one they are really kind and respectful. More about the kids club - i went a few weeks ago to the hotel and i went with my 2 kids one is 8 and the other one is 10 they tell me that they want to go so i try one day to leave them there a few hours and they tell me that they love it they didn’t want to leave they tell me that they make so much friends and they make a lot of activities like cooking, swimming, crafts and more if you don’t let your child do one activity you only tell the staff and if you have kids that love video ganes it’s perfect too because they have a lot of video games for them. The favorite staff of my kids were Cira, Nelsy, Alan, Joshua, Alex, Israel they tell me that they play with them and were really kind. In conclusion i love this hotel and i obviously will come back. It's only our second day into our week long stay and the facilities are well maintained and the staff is so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be returning here in the future! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
Great service by Juan Pablo. The hotel has seem better days (it was inaugurated in 1972) but the value / price is very good. Clean rooms, great pools. Right next to the ocean. The beach needs cleansing. A lot of locals, offering food, massages. Not very annoying but remember you’re in one of the most iconic hotels in Acapulco.
We would like to give the highest rating for our tour guide Baldo Gomez. He was excellent in every way. Extremely knowledgeable about Acapulco, warm and friendly and also, a safe driver around the city. He greatly added to our enjoyment of Acapulco. My husband and I give Baldo a Five Star rating, to be sure!

We had an amazing family time there, the staff were friendly, the food was good specially the breakfast, the public areas were good, the only thing is they just have 2 restaurants for dinner, the other 2 were closed.
Terrible I’ll think twice before booking here again , the from desk lacks off costumers services abilities, one person told I was supposed to return until 4 pm to get access to the room , when the next minute I was giving the room keys
Acapulco Mundo Imperial... probably the worst name in the world... at least one of the worst hotels... now under Vidanta management this hotel is terrible. It use to be soooo good in the 70s, 80s even the 90s but now is just a money business machine that does not care about the guest! You pay different for each room... and then you pay different for each level of service. You get a color bracelet according to the level you can afford. Reservations for everything. Breakfast full, swimming pool full, beach full (By the way... a beach in Mexico is always public but this hotel is taking control of it by putting huts and massages and restaurants in a public beach... an area that does not belong to them! I guess they know someone up high!). Rooms are old, not renovated, not properly mantained... noise is everywhere, Old showers, old bathrooms, old beds, old TVs!!!! Service is not bad, however they try to sell you more each time... and, there is a team trying to sell you a membership all the time! Lying about everything, to me they told me they bought Marriott!!!!!!! And therefore if I became a member all Marriotts would be available to me... Plain water is included... unless you want Perrier, then you have to pay extra, or Dovel Tequila, extra, etc... I truly recommend if you are thinking about coming to this hotel that you understand what they are about... believe me... it a dump that just keeps getting worst!…
