The resort is getting old but it appears to be fully functional, is kept clean(spotless), best possible service, and great tasting foods available in all resturants. Price is reasonable, location on the beach downtown allows one to walk to many stores etc., to explore the tourist areas. and enjoy the beach and bay views. I hope to return one day.
It is a party area so the beat goes on until 2 AM, enjoy the action and enjoy life,

I must say that the last time I stayed with my family at Fiesta Americana, was in 2016. I remember loving the hotel. This time around I was really disappointed. The hotel looks good in the lobby however the rooms look old. They need to remodel the room balcony. The design is so dangerous. A child could easily slip over the edge. My nephew’s foot got stuck in balcony opening and lost his sandal. Again it needs to be remodeled. It’s too dangerous! My room had stains in the light switches and the bed sheets were stained with blood. It was so gross. The housekeeper did change my bed sheets, but to me it’s very important the housekeeper should make sure the bed sheets don’t have stains. Fiesta Americana also needs to stop harassing their guests at check in. They take you to a corner and offer you a free breakfast but there’s a catch! You must hear a 90 minute or more time share sales pitch. It’s really annoying. The sales people follow you around like hawks. My family had a much better stay at Las Brisas and Emporio. Fiesta Americana was our last stop and it was a fail.

This property is at the best location in Acapulco, the views are absolutely gorgeous. The facilities are also great especially the pool looking over the sea with a private beach. The service was ok but the hotel is tired it can use update, eg. bed linens had holes and worn out , mattress and pillows definitely need update.

We have been coming to this hotel almost yearly for 15+ years, each year I see more improvement even when they were already amazing! It is like coming home to family, from the manager to front desk to housekeeping to bar to pool staff, everyone there is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are meticulous, the view is literally indescribable and location in mide of Golden Zone cannot be beat. I literally won't consider staying anywhere else ❤

This hotel remains the most well run hotel in the heart of Acapulco. The GM Mauricio is outstanding and always makes sure his guests are well cared for. The pool staff Saul, Kiki and Julio do a great job and the water aerobics are alot of fun.

Alway many new additions to this hotel about 25 new loungers adult only section even with the lower level pool behind the showers very quiet and secluded perfect for couples. Pictures attached.

The service and drinks poolside are delicious and reasonable Christina is excellent!! The food poolside and restaurant is top shelf.

Housekeeping terrific as always and a great job done by all.

It was pretty nice to stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has a huge territory and big pool. We hadn't a breakfast option, it was a little bit expensive for us (about 30 U.S Dollars per person). If you need a cheap breakfast you can find it just in front of the hotel. We had a wonderful sea-view from our balcony. The room was large and clean, we had all the necessary amenities and a coffee machine.

This IMO is still by far the best hotel along the bay area part of town. The staff is 1st rate and so is the management team that runs the property.

I am a vacation club member for a number of years and they continuously make efforts to improve the property and the service to their guests.

Mauricio is excellent and I know there were many complaints due to the Main pool being closed due to renovations. It was in need of repair and is taking longer then anticipated. So it did put a damper on staying here this trip. Ad a club member of course I will be back and always look forward to the smiling faces of the staff!! Good thing Gloria wasn't here lol!! Charlie R

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, the view from the 8th floor is to die for! Extremely beautiful.
The taxis in the hotel are safe and also really friendly! They are aiming to give proper care of the tourist.
The only down side is that there should be a bit more control of COVID protocol mainly since some people doesn’t follow the guidelines of using the mask in the lobby or the store.
The drinks in the first floor bar by the entrance were delicious a bit expensive but worth it.

As many have said, wonderful staff; however, the Front Desk is this hotel's achilles heel. I was to arrive last Friday but I missed my connection due to weather. It took multiple telephone calls, emails and messages to make this hotel understand that I would arrive one day later and to please pre-register me so as not to lose my reservation and allow me an early check-in. This should have been much simpler and taken only five minutes instead of the hour I spent. I arrived on Saturday morning and was told they did not have my reservation which I prepaid in full. It took approximately 30 minutes to clear this up and finally get my key. The desk agent was ambivalent at best and needed assistance from a colleague to assist me. He was either poorly trained or didn't care.

My two room suite was neat and clean and I was very well taken care of by Alejandra, who cleaned my room for the six nights I was there, She was kind, and cheery and made sure I had everything I needed. She made up for the terrible desk experience.

Concierges were helpful as were the waitstaff in the restaurants. Food in the two venues that were open was reliably good. I did email the manager before my stay, twice. Both emails went unanswered, disappointing, if he was too busy to answer he was unable to delegate the task.

Location of hotel was in the midst of bustling beachside Acapulco which is what we wanted. The hotel is advertised correctly, I'd give it 3.5 stars and the price is right. I enjoyed Tio Alex and El Zorrito two nearby Mexican restaurants.

This is predominantly a Mexican vacation club/time share, so you will see few foreigners. I think my friend who had a suite on the fourth floor were the only Americans in the entire hotel. This was fine by me; however, if your Spanish is not good, this could be a problem. My fiend speaks no Spanish and he ran into only one employee (Concierge) who was fluent in English.

Acapulco is a safe, and beautiful place, my new favorite location in Mexico, and I already look forward to returning. Would I stay here again, yes; however, I wish Management would take the time to retrain the Front Desk, and so that their guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

First Time vacation at Americana Fiesta in Acapulco ! The hotel was beautiful & clean. The staff was Awesome !!! Sebastian picked my wife and I up at the airport, he also gave us a wonderful tour another day all around Acapulco. We did all kinds of fun things. Snorkeling, watching the Cliff Divers, set the Baby Turtles out to the ocean. We ate lots of Delicious Mexican food. We are so pleased we stayed at Americana Fiesta & had Sebastian as our guide. Can’t wait to come back again !
