We arrived at the resort at about 10:30 AM. Check in is at 3 PM. The wonderful lady at the desk said let me check on your room and then she said would you mind waiting in the lobby for 1/2 hour and your room will be ready. Right off the bat, that was just fantastic. The driver, Sergio, (number 1 driver in our books) took us to our room and explained everything in the room in detail showing us the operation of every switch in the room and explained how in the morning coffee, fruit and rolls would be delivered to our room, no charge. He was just fantastic. He explained what to do when we wanted to go to La Concha, there resort pool, restaurant and bar which you need to call for a ride to get there and it was just a beautiful place. The restaurant, Bellavista was just over the top with a fantastic breakfast and dinner and the views were fantastic of Acapulco bay, If we needed anything the room service was very fast service. When we checked out we had Sergio as our driver again and as we were driving to the lobby, he stopped at different points showing and explaining some of the sites to us. Check out was extremely easy and gracious that we stayed there. There is no doubt that next year we will come here and once you experience coming here, you will feel the same way we do.…

We’ve stayed here twice now, and cannot wait to go back. Absolutely love the hotel staff especially Leo at the Sunset Bar, our driver Santiago, and Javier our waiter at the Bella Vista restaurant which is stunningly beautiful. We’re already looking forward to our next stay there. Relaxing and absolutely beautiful.

The property is set an a beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel physical structure is tired and dated in need of a complete remodel. Service and food quality were inconsistent. The beach club is unique in a very positive way.

If you are wishing to spend some RR time in luxury with excellent service, you must book the best room in Las Brisas Acapulco - pool and jacuzzi! The view is amazing with outstanding service. The 'ocean' pool at the bottom of the hill is great for a bit of snorkeling and the Sunset Bar is perfectly located.

The view was fantastic. If we knew we wouldn’t be anywhere near shopping we would have chosen a different resort. No coffee pot or microwave. Coffee was delivered every morning which was nice. House keeping was just so so. Always clean but no consistency regarding towels & bath mat. For someone with health issues the stairs were not pleasant. The beach & facilities were great. Staff very helpful.

No more the place to be. No beach. The private pool is really dirty. A lot of noise at night The staff is quit nice but nothing more than another hotel.You have to take your car to go to the reception, the restaurants and the beach. Restaurants are very expensive compare to another in Acapulco. Of course the view is handsome.

Surpasses your expectations!! We read the reviews and expected an excellent hotel but they are beyond excellent, their staff is friendly,kind and very attentive. Food was great and a wide variety of options, their suites are super comfy you could spend a good part of your trip in your room and have all the amenities to be comfortable. Beyond recommended!

splendid view, very nice Terasse with relaxing bed on it, unnecessary pool and too high walls to secure absolute (necessary ?) intimacy. The shuttle from the bungalow to the reception area, the sunset bar and the pool at sea level site operates prompt and fine. The shuttles should be electric. the existing ones smell and are noisy. In general: the constant tip mentality is disturbing for a European tourist. It is however general in Mexico and in the States, so not related to Lea Brisas.
