The staff at lobby and transportation was really nice, friendly, warm, attentive and covered all the needs. Always with manners and made us feel as in home. On the other hand, the menu at the Club la Concha was misleading, since I asked for what's described as seafood, but ended beign vegeteables. The next day we went to the swimming pool area, nobody was there to give us a towel, nobody came to ask us if we wanted something to drink or an appetizer. And when I said this I mean it: there were other guests in the area and they were bring towels, they were offered drinks and snacks. So my wife went for towels which I've mentioned nobody was there upon arrival to offer us towels. I had to go looking for a drinks chart in the wet bar; meanwhile one of the waiters was saying give him the qr, so well the app has no non-alcohol drinks on it, so was useles but nonetheless he keep saying give him the qr. Later I had to go asking for the snack chart because again the app is incomplete. To finish the day, when we were going to our room, we now were quickly given the bill, and then afgter paying it I told the waiter to keep the change, he reactioned to this making fun with his mates about how little it was. I almost lost my temper, but I kept myself under control, just want to say to the staff in the Club la Concha, that all tips should be earned not just given to a person who's standing there doing nothing to make the guest have an enjoyable and remarkable experience. Would not recommend the Club.…
Very nice hotel, incredible view from the bay and great service. Just be sure that you are given an adult-only room if you go on a romantic plan. The general idea of the hotel is to have a private experience, so if your are looking for a party hotel this may not be your best choice. Great place, will come back in the future.
The best private rooms with Pool and extraordinary views. Romantic daily room served breakfast. All COVID protocols well implemented and followed at every moment. I really recommend Las Brisas Acapulco
Las Brisas has always been one of my favorite hotels. The service and food are excellent but it is the property that is magical. Returning after a 30 year absence we found it to be as charming and as well cared for as ever. Our previous stays were in Casitas with private pools but this time we decided to upgrade to a Master Suite on the fifth level. The view looking out over the Bay from our room was gorgeous and a perfect location as the Sunset Bar was literally just steps away. We ate all but one meal onsite and found the food to be wonderful and well priced especially the Club Sandwich which we ordered more than a few times. The Bella Vista is also a must. If you love mid-century modern that is sometimes a little pleasantly worn this is the place for you. If you like sterile modern, try somewhere else. We will not wait 30 years to return! As an aside, they had excellent COVID protections in place.…
Family vacation. Very good stay and service in general. My only comment is that room furniture needs to be updated. We had a Great dinner at Bellavista, good food and drinks and with the best view of Acapulco.
