Dear team of Las Brisas, thank you very much for have done everything as possible to make my beautiful vacations with my family something wonderful and unforgettable. Every time I stay in this beautiful place in Acapulco I enjoy it so much that they make me feel at home, Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality that are unique. Congratulations to your amazing team and we will see you very soon. Greetings from Germany Rosa María Flores
I’m not sure if it’s due to the pandemic but after 14 years of visiting this hotel we are left wondering if the people behind the counter just aren’t as caring as before, we reported a leak and were told to ‘make sure it was true’ ut took them 24 hours to even come and check. We did se wreak call to the lobby with the same result and attitude. It’s a shame since the room and restaurant staff tried their best.
I just wrapped up a seven night stay st Las Brisas with my wife and two sons (12 and 14). This was my third visit, having previously come in 1986 and 2001. Las Brisas is still everything that it used to be, and is still an absolutely amazing place for a family vacation. First, the accommodations feature amazing privacy, and are quite comfortable. Our casitas had amazing views of Acapulco Bay, and honestly that's the single most important feature of a Las Brisas stay. I honestly don't think there is another hotel on earth with views like Las Brisas. Second, the service was amazing. Even for someone with poor Spanish skills (and that's being generous). Everyone bent over backwards to ensure that our family was comfortable and that all of our needs were met. Third, the La Concha Beach Club is truly a gem. There were hardly any crowds at all. My son did his first discovery scuba dive in the salt water pool there, and went right on to getting certified after his great experience there. Paulo really did a great job of making him feel comfortable. Last, Bellavista still features the best view for dinner in Acapulco, and pairs that view with great food and service. My entire family was amazed with the Las Brisas experience. We will definitely be coming back again. N.B. People should know that Acapulco is not Cancun. You don't come here just to stay at your resort exclusively. If that's what you want to do then I don't think Acapulco is for you. You should also be sure to have a car or rent a jeep from the property.…
hotel personnel are AWESOME !! The food was great and I always enjoy the morning coffee and sweet bread ................ Why do you make me type 200 characters ? This will be the last review I leave with you
Very dissapinted with my stay. My room service orders were never right. When asked front desk for towels they took almost 2 hours to bring them. Called front desk because of a bug issue in my room and never answered my questions.
