In general the service is excellent, on the part of your workers very friendly and attentive to our needs, in truth I would return without thinking about it, in general the hotel very clean and very large, the pools in the same way were very spacious and pleasant, the staff can be recognized their attention and kindness, thank you for the attention of Alberto in the pool area of the hotel, of Francisco in the Scala beach club, of Guadalupe in the Aqua restaurant, of the staff of the Mizumi restaurant and the buffet staff, since in part thanks to them we take a good impression of the hotel, in the same way it is worth highlighting the beautiful facilities and being in repairs they have been very discreet with the subject of noise and the workers in general I highly recommend it a great experience for families since it generates a very pleasant atmosphere. Taking into account the hurricane is very inspiring what they are doing when you want to reactivate tourism #todossomosAcapulco, in a personal way I invite you to learn a little more about the stories of the hotel workers, it is inspiring how they have managed to get ahead

I was scheduled for a meeting in Acapulco in November. A few days before, that lovely city was hit by a cat 5 hurricane. Absolutely devastating. The meeting was rescheduled for early February. I thought that there would be no way the hotel could be ready. And yet, the folks here exceeded expectations. While not completely restored, most of the hotel was fully functional. My room was beautiful, and the meals we had in the buffet were excellent. The staff at this hotel are very friendly. It is my desire to come back to Acapulco again for vacation, and I will choose this hotel because of the people. Muchas gracias to all the people that work at this hotel. You are the best people

We arrived and the place is in mass construction. With no warning before arrival. The constant banging, the workers blaring music in the halls, the constant grinding and sawing noises I couldn’t even step out of my room. Without the tv on we can still hear it from 730am until 9pm still going. Our room had no hot water. We were charged more money than reserved online. The air only works in the rooms so you get hit with a wave of heat the moment you step out of your room. By the time you get downstairs from the elevator your soaked in sweat. I tried asking for help in these many issues just to get told “we are doing our best.” Nothing like the add. There were drunk People out screaming and laughing in the courtyard until 430 am that you can hear as if you’re right there. Everything is triple the price on the property. Many unfinished rooms have doors open with no balcony safety rails you can just walk right out and fall 8 stories. Very unsafe if a kid went wandering! Cords everywhere high tripping hazard! Left out all night with construction trash.

We started our trip by doing a couples massage. We showed up an hour before to use the amenities before our appointment. Omar was very attentive guiding us to the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. He timed us and made sure to keep us on schedule but did not rush us. We met up with our masseuse Esmeralda and Erica provided a great and relaxing experience. I fell asleep being pampered and my boyfriend is ticklish but he was very comfortable and happy with the service he received. Dinner at Mizumi was lovely. Enrique Mora and Javier great servers. Absolutely being resort and wonderful staff.

Acapulco does not appear to be a tourist destination anymore from people from United States. I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for a business conference. Actually, the hotel is very nice with a good gym and a huge pool. It is not on the beach, but they have a shuttle to the Acapulco princess and another beach area. The employees were very attentive and helpful and friendly. The food at all the restaurants was very high-quality. The room was really exquisitely decorated and large. There were a few little things that were annoying like having to call an order and pay for the pods for the coffee machine but that was very minor. The Internet was excellent. There does not appear to be anywhere to go except the beach here, and I was told to be very cautious around the city if I ventured out.

The facilities are in excellent conditions and pristine clean. We had a room on the second tower first floor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Plan was AI but they still make you sing a receipt and it shows the amount you spend. Found this weird and first time I've seen that. There's no beach on the premises but they have a Beach Club and provide transportation to it. It was great, clean and provided pool snacks and drinks.

Very good hotel which happens to be huge with several entrances, and several restaurants as well. The breakfast buffet is excellent with essentially anything you could imagine, many items being prepared per order as you like. It is not on the water however, they do have shuttles every 30 minutes or you can go to their sister hotel “Princess” which has a very good beach and you can also have meals at that hotel. The shuttles go to the private beach in about 10 minutes via bus every 15 and 45 minutes past the hour. That beach happens to be very clean and they offer food and drinks with great service, although sometimes slow. The water there is relatively calm and warm, as well as several pools and they have lounges to sit around as well as towel service. The rooms are quite spacious, are very clean and all of them have a view through a balcony. TV service is also good which is sometimes unusual in some hotels in Mexico. Overall we had a very good experience on the ninth floor staying in room 3916 where we also had the privilege of using their lounge club, that serve food and drinks in the morning, and in the evenings, with great views of the sea. The convention center was huge, and well run perfect for conferences.
