They offered as a luxury hotel and even more than 4 stars and various levels of room. I went to a convention of medical tourism and was the venue for participants 30 countries. I was sad and embarrased as Mexican Lamentable, broken curtains, fleas, musty smell, floors with nails on the carpet. By claiming the manager replied "that he had...

Large rooms, parking on one side, small terrace at the other end. Not near the center, so you have to drive to any restaurants outside the hotel. Shower water was lukewarm. Buffet breakfast not very good. No refrigerator or coffee maker in room, WI-FI spotty. Not horrible but not terrific either.

I came to work yet this hotel offered a lot more. The rooms were ample, the short walk was pretty... the breakfast buffet excellent... everything was more than expected. It is a little further away from downtown but has all amenities, from restaurants to pool, and full karaoke-bar.

When we arrived the front desk was managed only by one persona but a dozen of people arrived at the same time, so the check-in was annoying. Next morning, I went to the hotel GYM. Some of the items in very bad condition. Besides, no water to drink, no towels into the GYM. I stayed 3 days in the hotel,...

This hotel is not the worst we have stayed but is on top of the list. I gave it two stars because the rooms is quite large, very spacious and nice room. However, the rooms was dirty when fist walk in, called the hosted and seem like she did not care. The Hotel re-use the unfinished shampoo and conditioner, our...

We stayed the night on our way to Mazatlan and we were happy with our choice. My first time staying with the chain and I would do it again. Nice clean place with a great location close to the highway out of town. Having a single bungalow was also nice.

The restaurant food is fantastic! Front desk attendants are useless. Room was dirty. Terrible breakfast. No fridge in room. Wifi coverage is choppy at best, great when you need to make business calls.

The "casita" style layout could be confused as "motel," but the room was comfortable. Not all rooms have a/c, so pay attention when booking. The sliding glass door was unlocked on arrival and the lock was broken, but Mexico is all about improvisation, so (pro travel tip!) for extra security, the curtain pull rods fit perfectly into the door tracks....

Well, let's start with what i liked. Free wifi, place seemed very quite, room was spacey, room had sliding glass door opening into a open grass area in the complex. And AC worked fanastically. The bathroom was quite roomy as well, with a walkin style shower. Was in room 452 The list of what was not good is much longer,...

This hotel is structured in an interesting way. Most of the rooms are spread over courts, some of them bearing parks with trees, other ones are parking places. Rooms have separated doors, motel style, and often have a big window-door too, with a small terrace (seldom with furniture). This gives a nice sense of cabins, which is extremely cozy. But...
