If you want to try this thermal waters, this is a place for you, it's a well done place with 50 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a regular piscine too. This is an experience and it's very good to your body. Tip: you better go with comfort clothes and shoes. you need a swimming suit that it's not expensive...

Get disconnected from your everyday life; we went on a weekend after stumbling accidentally with a webpage about this place, we went to check it out and it was amazing, I'm sure going on weekdays must be totally serene and calm, even on weekends when it's "crowded" or full capacity, you don't bump with people through the spacious resort. The...

This is a small hotel, about 50 rooms. The rooms are spacious but not up to date. The hotel restaurant is dirty; you can smell the feet from the carpet. This is the only place to eat, so you don't have another option. The pool is ok, the water has the particular smell of sulfur, from the thermal water. The...

Property is cozy, but just above bare bones. Highlight: Chef consistently catered to every guest needs. Staff is locally employed, which brings economic relief to the area. There aren't many things to do, except visiting the bath house. The bath house itself is built on a spring naturally laced with sulfur.

Great hotel for relaxing. Their hot springs are really nice and with not a lot of people. All the activities were great, swimingpool, spa, astronomical night. Their rooms are spacious and comfortable. Its a little oasis in the middle of nowhere ideal to relax.

We stayed for one night with our 2 kids (4 & 6). We loved our stay, kids hang out at the pool for hours. Astronomical observation at night was outstanding, great explanation. Hot springs were great. Nice architecture, very smelly though. Need a lot of baking soda to remove sulfur odor Room was OK, very quiet. Shower running a lot...

I been there before just for the termas in a normal weekend, it was worth the trip for sure. This time I stayed the weekend, in order to relax a little without driving to far and was not disappointed. The place is rustic and with comforts, the food is slightly overpriced (seriously, 2USD for a tasteless coffee?) and there where...

I have stayed in this hotel a few times during the past 3 years. The hotel itself is very charming. It is located in the middle of nowhere, near Saltillo and Monterrey. The pool is very nice, and so is the playground for the little ones. The termas are exactly as advertised in their website. At night, the hotel offers...

I've just spent a weekend at Termas de San Joaquin. Nice place, friendly people but, I regret to say, one should not trust their promotion. I bought the 'Food Package' ('Paquete Alimentos y Bebidas' http://www.termasdesanjoaquin.com.mx/termas/promos). To my dismay, when ordering the menu I was informed that shrimps and steaks were not included as the 'menu' for this promo was restricted...
