Check in was easy, with a free drink ticket to the bar in Tower 2. My room on the 9th floor offered wonderful views of the mountains. It was clean every day after getting home from a long day, which goes a long way... The laundry service was same day, and everything was crisp and clean. The ONLY minor issue... More

The lobby is beautiful. Lovely architecture. The location is great as well. The room is nice but not as beautiful as the lobby. Service was very good as well. I did not eat at the hotel just had drinks. Nice outdoor pool area which I could not used due to the weather.

Upon arrival I was impressed with the outside of the hotel and then the beautiful lobby. But rooms were average quality and luckily clean. My stay was still comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and affordable. Work out room was small but adequate. Room rate was very affordable. By no means a bad stay, but rooms could use a refresh.

Great hotel for business travel. Called me a taxi when I needed it. Room was comfortable and room service was great! I had a wonderful stay and felt safe. As a single woman visiting Monterrey this was a great fit for safe and accommodating location.

I booked this place on a last minute trip to Monterrey. It's the cheaper counter part of the Royal Safi hotel located in San Pedro. The stay was okay for the price, but they limit you to one guess that must sign in. I've never been to a hotel like this and was off put by this. If you have... More

I have stayed here several times for business purposes and this hotel is very convenient in price and location. It has a restaurant and bar to relax after a long (and hot) day in Monterrey. Also has a nice outdoor pool and garden to walk around. For those that like to work out every where, also has a good size... More

I decided to choose this hotel when I overheard a couple of business people talking about their hotel stays for the week. One mentioned the Safi and said, "Hey there is nothing wrong with Safi." I made a reservation for a couple of days. I used American Express travel and paid immediately. Once at the hotel I was charged again... More

Well located hotel. I had a quirky room where the internet would only work well on the interior wall. large room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Restaurant is directly attached to the lobby. Plenty of staff and most spoke a few words of english. The front desk team were keen to solve my internet problem and offered to send someone immediately... More

This hotel in in a good area of Monterrey if not the best, very safe and surrounded by malls , other hotels and restaurants. The hotel is kind of Italian looking , ( the yellow building in the photo) I felt I was in Vegas at times. Staff very friendly and room is quite big and average. There is a... More

It is a very nice hotel but it is in downtown Monterey. Most of the staff don't speak English but they usually have at least one person at the front desk, restaurant and bar that can speak English. All the staff are nice and helpful.
