Best service i ever had!! I do recomment this Hotel ,when you travel to monterrey . I will say more than 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Miss Angelica at front desk she resolved all my question Thanks so much miss Angelica.. I will stay here in my next trip to monterrey.😃👍
I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once in June and the other in July 2020. Ivanna the Hotel Manager has taken care of me before my arrival. Kept in constant contact with me to ensure everything was perfect. Her hospitality as well as the rest of the staff here are beyond expectations. I greatly appreciate the staff and making my stay very enjoyable. Front desk Elizabeth and Angelica are very kind. Raul the bellboy is amazing. Cesar the security guard very friendly. Jaime the maintenance guy kept everything working for me. Gilberto, Alberto and Orlando the servers are the coolest. Definitely will be staying here every time I am in Monterrey.
The property is nice and fairly kept but needs some investment and better upkeep to really be called a “luxury” hotel. They are located right in the center of town in an area where everything around the building is kind of ugly or run down. The restaurant was our biggest frustration. We only had the breakfast buffet. They sat us in a fold table (like the ones you buy at Costco) that they set up to add more dining space. The service was sluggish and the buffet servers lacked skills and finesse. It felt more like a school cafeteria than a fine buffet. Food was at best average. We will not return to this property.
Very nice hotel. I stayed in the tower 2. Attentive staff. Since we do not speak Spanish, whenever I called the reception they always called someone who spoke English. Rooms were clean and spacious. Stocked with towels. Noise control between rooms was good. I did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. There were kids playing and screaming in the swimming pool/ spa at 2300 hours one night and I find that silly. I called the reception and it was taken care off. Every day, rooms and toilets were cleaned - spic and span. They allowed me to check in by 11, which was nice. There is a church or something nearby that has a clock going off every hour. I was able to hear it when awake. This is a vegetarian unfriendly hotel. Had a tough time getting a vegetarian meal. The chef fortunately made something for us for one dinner. We just went out to other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was huge, but again anything being made onsite was all non-vegetarian. We survived on bread/ yogurt and fruits. The crowd was simply too much for the staff to handle on weekends. They were short on napkins, no attention to refills, they were out of yogurt and fruits. This was aT 10.30Am and I had to remind them - twice. Some easy improvements 1. When we have two guests per room, please provide two soaps. 2. Have a board that reads - pool closed by 10 pm 3. Your coffee pouches and the sugar pouches cannot be opened/ torn easily. I do not carry scissors/ knives/ blowtorches. I had to chew my way through the pouches. 4. Please replenish the two free water bottles every day- even if bottles are partially used. When you have a board that reads - 2 are free, more will cost- then you have to do your part and replenish. 5. Some days, apples areReplenished. Some days they are not. …
Stayed here on our way through town travelling from Canada to PV. Very well appointed hotel and very attentive staff. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The buffet dinner surpassed our expectations and overall we were satisfied with the price point. I would come back here for sure.
