My husband and I want to thank everyone of the Safi Hotel staff for the wonderful service and accommodations during our 3-night stay at Hotel Safi Centro. Thank you, Juany, for kindly letting us move to Torre I when we complained about the noise at the pool late at night. Everyone, from the parking valets to the housekeeping staff, were all very courteous. Felix in maintenance, Roberto in restaurant, Safiro in reception, managers Carlos and Lorena are only a few of the people who were so helpful. Muy fina atención! Thank you all!

Hotel's Favorite
Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been at in all the Mexican states I’ve been to. The guest service, accommodations, and food are all excellent. I ordered room service three times and every single time it was delivered quickly and fresh.

The workers there were supper rude from the ushers down to the pool lady. My room shower would over flow and sink made it nasty to shower or brush teeth. At the front desk they would be really rude when saw me with my fam still said they had to pay extra for them staying clearly I had a big fam it was 5 of us

Bad service and cleaniness, old fashion facilities. Door key didnt work. Crowded breakfast buffer, they charge you addiontional fees for full menu, which is not worth it at all. Cost benefit is OK but dont expect that much.

Place is old but not in a good way. First night no hot water in shower. Told reception the following day about the problem. Not fixed for the second night either. Other issues but nothing as significant. Bar doesn’t open until 6pm on a Saturday. This is a two star hotel at best.

I really had high expectations. We did stay in second bldg. Room was dirty from walls to hair on sheets. Had not been swept. Fixtures in bathroom old and dirty. Drains clogged in sink and shower. Windows dirty. We got in late so had to stay. In the morning i noticed outside and walking around that hotel was indeed very pretty. When i complained , front desk told me i had been placed in an old room. I will not return, room should not be given out in that condition. I gave two stars because breakfast was good. Literally worse room i have ever had. I only spent one night on a layover.

First of all, I made reservations 4 weeks prior to our stay. I noticed check in was at 3 pm so since our flight would arrive at 10 am I chose to call 2 days in advance and see if they could make the exception and allow us to check in earlier since we were flying in with our grandson and his parents and the wait might get him fussy. All the receptionist said was she couldn’t make any promises but would leave a note. We arrive at hotel at 2:30pm on arrival date with no room available and still had to wait past our check in time. We also asked for a crib prior to stay and their was no crib in the room at the time room was issued. Wish the service could have been much better but did not meet my expectations.

Stayed 2 night the wifi just did not work I called twice and they never came and the AC didn’t work so well not worth the price. You are better off with hotel near airports although I like the location everything is close
