In a nutshell, the hotel was very clean (rooms and hallways smelled like cleaning everyday) but definitely a bare bones hotel. No bar, no food except for a very small breakfast, no room service, just a vending machine for water and chips. I can live without all of that but without a fridge in the room it was difficult if you ever were the slightest bit hungry. There is an OXXO and 7 Eleven a block away...
The good things with the hotel were wifi was included in room and Lobby, the business centre was fine and free and it was very well staffed and very polite. The rooms were comfortable and they were nice comfortable beds.
If you are looking to stay in Monterrey your first time it may be better to be in El Centro or San Pedro where you can walk to many places. Uber worked very well here too.
I stayed with my baby and their offer a great crib at no charge.
TIP: the hotel does not have a restaurant or room service but they provide a list of delivers in the area.
Rooms are nice and TV and wifi are OK. The only issue is that front desk is only accessible via elevator. This is complicated. Overall, a good option.
The hotel was also close to shopping and downtown. I highly recommend giving City Plus hotel a look for your next trip to Mexico

Small breakfast is also included.
Location is not friendly to go out and walk-around, no restaurants close by, only by car. Uber works really well.
