Staff was great, room was small but clean and more than adequate for my 3 day stay. Location is wonderful, walked to the mall for restaurants and movies and a Starbucks is even closer. Good value for the price. Will definitely return.

Both rooms we stayed need some repairs like the walls, tables, need better tv channels and its signal, rooms found small felt claustrophobic especially if someone is staying for days this I believe should be fixed to make the person feel more welcome. It would be veryyy nice if you would vary the breakfast! We were told warm breakfast everyday...

This hotel is in a great location if you are doing anything involved with the American Embassy. It is located right across the street from the American Embassy, the clinic where you need to get finger prints & medical exams. If you need photos taken as well it is in the same area as well. It can't get more convenient...

Nice place I would definitely stay there again loved the breakfast they have. It's a very short distance to the consulado building and every thing is close by. I recommend this hotel to anyone. If we ever go to Juarez I would definitely stay there

Very nice...the ladies at desk were very nice and polite and the staff overall was very pleasant. The first time I was ever outside the United States and was a very nice experience for my son in law and myself

“Get a room in the upper floors since there's alway's people in the lobby. I personaly chose the view towards the mall and starbucks so i can see the bridge that crossed me into the clinic and the consulate. One other thing is that if you book a deal on line and they offer you a room with 2 beds or one bed for the same price take the one with 2 beds i think it might be bigger since i got a room with one bed and it had a shelf on the wall for an office desk. (kinda lame).”
