Reasonably comfortable by us mid-range hotel standards; the restaurant was pretty mediocre because food was cold and clearly microwaved. Since there isn't much nearby they have little incentive todo well. Breakfast was better effect style. Ask for inside room as those on main road are noisy as it is main route to airport about 20-30 minutes away due to traffic.

While it does have all accommodations a hotel should have it's not well kept. The blankets were stained, the pool was dirty, and the morning buffet was only free for 2 adults. We had to pay about $4US per child for our two kids, that hardly eat eggs and the hotel is highly priced for Mexico. We paid $700mx pesos for 4... More

This hotel should not be listed as a quality hotel, the rooms are old, dirty, carpet is old, plus the food is very bad quality. I will not recommend this hotel to anynody plus the costo for a room is super expensive for what you get. I pay 1300 pesos for one night.

Great staff and hotel, especially for the price! They treat their guests very well and everything is within short driving distance. The staff is very helpful and they offer shuttle rides to the consulate and airport. They run out of a couple of minor things every now and then (towels, cream/sugar, menu items) but are always very willing to work... More

Weak a/c, like a motel 6 in US maybe a bit better. You will not be impressed, but there seems to be nothing better either, good luck, shower good, front desk a little disorganized but diligent, didn't eat at restraint, Whole building just dated.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while dealing with the Consulate. The staff was amazing... our house keeper Patty on the 4th floor is an amazing person as well and makes you feel as if you are home... Felipe and Jose luis were fabulous shuttle drivers that took us around and made the trip more stress free.... More

I stayed at the Casa Grande during recent business trip to CD Juarez. While not a lot of choices in Juarez, the Casa Grande Hotel offers a comfortable experience and a decent restaurant for dinner if you do not want to venture out.

Low price...poor service. TV's from the 90's that you actually need to pull out from the entertainment center to be able to watch it from your bed. Wi-Fi almost non existent and when you have it, is extremely slow. Room was actually clean and not that bad. Asked for suggestion on good dinning near the hotel and their advise was... More
