Small rooms but tidy & clean. Serviced each day. Staff friendly, & helpful. Great buffet in the restaurant. Hotel was safe & secure. A little noisey at times. Good location for beach, Malecon, & local stores like Walmart etc

When visiting Playas you can't go wrong with this choice. Excellent service. Fantastic location. Walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and movie theater. Also serves a great brunch. Enjoy

Reservation was made for us by hospital nearby. Paid for room. Went to room and went back to check out. Would not refund our money, but we could not stay. No hairdryer, fridge or any conveniences. Restaurant only open for breakfast.

Stayed in room 222 for a large family wedding in Playas de TJ. Was very nervous reading other reviews but room was clean with tile floors, ac was cold, and bathroom was clean. Shower was actually pretty impressive! I will say some other family stayed in room 109 and their room was more dingy. Carpet floors and room had a humid feeling. Bed and bathrooms were clean.
