I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Rooms are extremely outdated, nothing worked. Electrical nightmare. Many of the staff were very rude, some were as nice as can be. Many uncharges. The Location is close to nothing. Outrageous charge on breakfast that you have no idea about until after.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in May 2022. Do not believe the glowing reviews below. The positives. 1 Nice , full service restaurant attached to the hotel. 2. Room is well lit and wll illuminated. 3. Free water bottles provided. The Negatives 1. There is too much noise all day, all night long. Feels like a school dormitory room than a 3 star hotel. The housekeepers talk - all day long - in the alleyways at top of their voice. One can hear the vaccum cleaner runnning whole day long from 10 am to midnight without stop. After midnight, one can hear the other guests coming in and out, banging doors or talking in alleyways. I could not sleep for 1 single minute despite paying 200 usd a night. 2. The front desk is extremely unfriendly. I tried to talk to the manager several times, but no one ever was availble to speak to me. The guards guarding the hotel behave as if they are guarding military base camp. They are over ethuthiastic and very very very hostile towards guests. I stayed in 3 more hotes in Tijuana during same months. None of the other hotels had such kind of hostile guards as this hotel. 3. The intertet connection kept buffering off every few minutes. 4. Hot water shower pressure was only a dribble/some drops of water . 5. There is a starbucks attached to the hotel but it serves only black coffee. It has no machines to serve anything else. I almost laughed when he told me that. 6. The gym equipment was ok, but had no air conditioning . 7. The location is far from everything. No other restaurants or eateries of coffee shops nearb, expect at 15 miute walk. 8. The rooms looks old and dated. 9. No charging points for cellphone or laptop near the bed. ( only at the front desk). 10. If you are not a Marriott Bonvoy subscriber, you are given step -fatherly treatment by the hotel. As if you are garbage. Will I return? No Do I recommend? This is a hard one. Almost all hotels in this city are horrible as per world standards. ( I am staying in 3/4 hotels a month, 12 months a year, across the planet, because of work). Frankly, I do not recommend, this hotel. I hope you found my review helpful. In case, you did, please do not heistate to click on 'I found the review helpful" tab. Thanks

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The rooms are held simple and are a bit dated regarding furniture but everything is well maintained and cleanliness is very good. The breakfast is great and the restaurant and bar in the evening is also very good.

I stayed there just recently and wanted to point out that the staff was pretty attentive EXCEPT for Ricardo who works the front area/bellboy/entrance. He was very rude when I asked simple questions regarding taxis & location. Interrupted me several times before I could finish a sentence & had a bad attitude. He ran off to the front desk manager to save himself incase I complained and when i saw that, I had to approach. After explaining what happened and how I was treated to the front desk manager infront of Ricardo, Ricardo just stared at me. No remorse, no apology, nothing. Very rude! On the other hand, the manager was very apologetic & did a great job providing customer service. Food was good and beds were very comfortable.

I travel to Tijuana often and always stay at this hotel. After 4 years of visiting, I have never been disappointed. I would like to highlight that the staff at this hotel go above and beyond most other hotels, Specifically staff members like Antonio, who always offer a heartfelt fist bump at the bar and at breakfast, Raul who (after several years) still recognizes me every time i sit down at the restaurant. Alfredo who has a fantastic sense of humor, and Francisco, Yajaira and Renata at the front desk who have the patience of saints and clearly have very kinds hearts. In case you haven't been told this today, you're all doing a great job!

This hotel is in a nicer part of town. Classic business hotel, rooms are a bit dated. Keep in mind that with covid protocols.. - the lounge is closed (so don’t factor that into your choices) - for titanium elite members. they are offering some sort of free breakfast. Tried to use it, but the staff in the buffet didn’t know what that was, so I just paid for the breakfast. Also they offer some free drinks, but the bar was a 45 minute wait to get in, so I passed. Net net, you may be challenged using your benefits. With those details. It’s a solid choice. I would stay there again if aligned to a Marriott property. Couple other things.. - it’s a good 10 minute cab ride from the downtown area (which depending on your preference is a good thing) - there are a couple upscale bars (onyx) and restaurants around - there is a fairly large casino nearby if that’s your thi

Great, friendly and helpful staff! They go out of their way to help. Some hotels are solid in one or two areas, but this one was great all the way around. The restaurant was outstanding and they knew my name and my breakfast order after the first time. If you only know a little Spanish, no problem. Most all of the employees know English well. My wife had surgery while we were there. The staff catered to her and made sure she was comfortable. They even went out and brought her soup from El Rodeo! The sight seeing tours are great too. Ask the guys downstairs to set up a tour with Fransisco! You won't be disappointed.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past couple of years. It is a decent hotel and has everything you need such as a restaurant, bar, pool, Gym. Rooms are adequate and very clean. What really stands out about this place is the staff and how they go out of their way for you. I highly recommend if you are in the Tijuana area to stay here.

This is a 4 star business class hotel in Tijuana. It had a nice swimming pool and sundeck area, an executive level with a dining room, complementary drinks and a big restaurant with really quite nice food. Service was great and most of the staff spoke English. There was a big shopping center and movie theater within walking distance along with a number of restaurants. We walked after dark and except for crazy traffic felt perfectly safe. For longer trips they had a complementary shuttle service especially to and from the weight loss clinics. Weight loss surgery is big in Tijuana and I would say there were always 15 or 20 patients with their partners in the hotel. They have a special menu for weight loss people almost all of whom were from the US or Canada. As a tourist I would look elsewhere but for surgery or business this is a nice hotel.
