The rooms and the property itself were quite well maintained and quite clean. Front desk staff didn't make the most professional impression. For the entire hotel - and it's a big one - there was only one crib!! And it was broken! It was an ordeal negotiating with staff for a solution. In the end, the glued it back together....

We lounged in our room which must have renewed fairly recently: lovely shower w/ oversized head, glass doors, new counter tops, tile--perfect room. The clerk at the desk knows English well; some States education. Even the young man sweeping out front, waiting to carry your bags or park your car for a tip went to school in San Diego for...

I seldom stay in Tijuana since I live in San Diego - but I was working on a film shoot over the weekend and didn't want to hassle with crossing back and forth over the border:( Researched several City Center hotels and decided to try Ticuán. I made an excellent choice! Easy reservation and reasonable room rate. Very easy to...

Despite announcement of additional rooms to this property for the business person or action swinger construction destroys the accommodation experience. Noise level continues Monday-Friday with half day on Saturday. Personally I have reduced my stay times because of this condition. Also, for the international guest food quality and selection is not the most enticing. I always give then a big...

Recently stayed here and everything was nice from the room to the staff. All of the staff I came into contact with were very helpful. Onsite security, restaurant with good food for breakfast (I only ate breakfast). The spa area is very nice too. I wanted a massage on Monday and they were closed but called the lady in specifically...

Place is near the border and everything I needed in TJ. The hotel is very clean and newly updated. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. I had no safety concerns nor issues with staff as they were very friendly. There is onsite security on each floor it seems not that I had concerns but it felt great. The hotel...

It was good stay if your going to party. Music in the background all night. I was in the 5 floor and it was crazy loud. The room itself was great new remodeled and cozy. I just wish I have tried the restaurant in the lobby.

Hotel Ticuan is ideally placed if you want to be on the doorstep of the bars, nightclubs, restaurants, souvenir shops etc of downtown Tijuana. It's a heady mix, with a fair amount of sleaze and mither thrown in for good measure! The hotel itself is pleasant enough. Free parking in the car park next door. There's a very decent gym...

This is a great hotel. Comfortable in every way. Staff is attentive & speaks English & Spanish. Not far from the border or the airport. Night life district close by. Food at the hotel was good. The rooms are spacious and have a separate door for a toilet. Privacy is there. Inside the hotel there is an opening about 4...
