We were there after a week in Cabo. Jan 7-14. What a stunning place. Had some issues getting there!! We stopped off in La Paz and got bus to Loreto. It was late when we got there. I was supposed to get car at airport. Airport closed. Lots issues but met lovely cab driver that took us to Villa Del...

We have never stayed here before. We just booked a week through Westjet vacations for a stay in April. We booked this property because of the kindness & helpful nature of Armando. His thoughtfulness sold this place to us. We look forward to meeting him & meeting the rest of the people at this property.

Loreto is a beautiful area. Resort was very quiet and relaxing. Great for hiking, playing golf, boat rides. Pool areas were clean. Beach had the best bartender, Jorge, along with the most comfortable chairs. Ramon was top notch with kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats. Jorge and Ramon made a person feel very welcome at the beach. Food was ok,...

A group of four, two couples, stayed in one of the two bedroom units for a week in January 2017. We found the facilities very well maintained (fairly new development so maybe not too surprising). The beds were very comfortable and the daily room maid service was excellent. We did not use the kitchen facilities other than fridge and coffee...

General Manager Sixto Navarro has assembled a warm and friendly staff willing to go to any length to make your visit to this property a positive experience. Danny Garcia, the Head Golf Professional and Carlos Zamora the Golf Services manager could not have been more engaging and approachable, and the golf course is worth the time to play and enjoy....

Thanks to the gorgeous scenery, fine food and amenities, and, in particular, the truly outstanding service of the Villa Del Palmar team, our recent family stay to celebrate my Mother's 80th birthday was wonderful! The islands of Loreto are beautiful and serene, and are worth seeing. But what makes any trip to Villa Del Palmar extraordinarily special is the team...

We had a very nice relaxing week the end of November, 2016. The staff, from front desk to house keeping to restaurants and pools, was very attentive and looked after us very well. The pool boys: Julio, Manny and Roberto kept us in beverages and food while we basked in the sun. Duvis and Eduardo kept us in shape and...

This review is long over-due but our stay back in June of 2016 was the best vacation we have ever had. We had stayed for two weeks and were able to stay in what felt like our own private villa. We stayed in building 4 and our view looked out over the water and golf course. The activities available were...

I stayed at the Villa del Palmar Resort and Spa at the Islands of Loreto, BCS Mexico during what is considered the "off season" due to the heat of Baja in summer. The resort is beautiful, fully secure (though Loreto is a small fishing village and very safe anyway) and surrounded by volcanic mountains that bounced the vivid colors of...

The Villa del Palmar Loreto is a very special place – a savvy well-run business with a big heart (this may sound crazy, but we’ve found it true). You’ll love this resort if you are looking for an active holiday in a resort with a conscience (environmentally sound, generous and loyal to its staff, and willing to pay back to...
