I recently stayed at this hotel for a fishing trip. This hotel has so much potential. It is located on the marina, within walking distance to town. The restaurant was great, the service in the restaurant very good, and the food delicious. The rooms are worn out, and need a complete overhaul. The rooms were clean, so I was able...

We shopped several hotels along the malecon in La Paz to spend the night. This one had the nicest room for less than other smaller rooms offered for more money. The breakfast buffet that was included with our stay was as good as any Sunday brunch and they even made my omelet to order while I waited. Very nice for...

The rooms are a bargain at $53 a night The Hotel is clean and well maintained Great views of the marina and sea of Cortez Best combination of keeping your boat and having the hotel right beside you Free shuttle to town 3 times a day or Only 25 minute walk along a nice beach

Our tour operator booked this hotel so we did not have a choice of staying somewhere else. It was average, so don't expect 4 stars. That being said, the rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. The beds were on the hard side, and the linens were clean. We recommend getting a room on the non-pool side due to the...

I made the mistake of booking 5 nights prepaid through Alaska/Expedia. We opened the door to our tiny room and looked for the charm. It wasn't there. But, we figured nice pool, good restaurant no big deal. We returned after dinner, and looked for the tv remote control. No luck. Asked a maintenance man, who noted the model and went...

I lnow this hotel well and have stayed here a few times each year as a convenient location for the marina, not town. The property is a 15 minute walk to center of town, onsite restaurant Ok, but many better options in town. Our hotel room had No Water, several times during our last stay. Front staff, while friendly, could...

Stayed here Oct 20-23. The staff was pleasant but the hotel is very tired and needs a lot of TLC. Elevator was broken quite often, plumbing completely down one day which made it pretty difficult to clean up after a long day of fishing as there was no water in any of the rooms. No towels one of the days....

Been going to LA Paz about twice a year for about 15 years. First time at this Resort. Attended with about 7 other fishing buddies and got hooked up with an out fit called Baja pirates that did go out of their way to accommodate us originally. Had some boat problems that caused the crew to put the live bait...

I stayed here while on business in La Paz. In general, it is a good place to stay: great views, away from noisy downtown, close to the ocean and the beach walk. Rooms are big and comfortable. The AC does not work very well which might be a challenge during the hot days. I had problems with the used hand...

Marina Hotel La Paz – room 414, May 28, 29, two nights. We really like this hotel, though the location was further from downtown than we preferred. There is an elevator and luggage cart, which is great if one is on the 4th floor. Two double beds. Nice sliding glass door with screen to the public balcony. Very nice view...
