We are staying in this resort, 6 more days to go. Highly recommended. Bungalow is huge, comfy super king size bed, good sitting outside and just few steps to the pool. Pool is bit small but nobody around so for us private pool😉. Tasty breakfast. Staff is very nice and housekeeping great, everyday we got linen change. Good location, in the middle of everything but bungalows are located to the other side, you can get good sleep. 500 m from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops are just steps out from resort.
If you're expecting this to be a Ritz Carleton or Sofitel Level, you will be disappointed. This price tag will indicate right away that this hotel is for the mid-range traveler. I'd rate this well above average for what you pay for, which means solid amenities, beautiful views, and smiling staff. If you're a solo traveler like me and would like a pool, gym, a few good pictures, pretty clean rooms, a little oasis within proximity to the downtown, and a few solid meals, this hotel is great. If you're expecting any more than that (like how bright your room is ^^), you better be willing to spend more. Nick
Terrible hotel ...Avoid in all circumstances...No room service ...bad behavior of all staffs.. Television not working...Charge extra for any cab service ...Take security deposit and threaten u Everytime you try to argue with them...such a pathetic experience.
This hotel is truly a little paradise. The swimming pool Is clean & the grounds are beautifully manicured. Guests enjoy the macaws and other exotic birds that our housed throughout the property. These birds are truly loved by their handlers and make the hotel experience very pleasant and relaxing. The friendly front desk girls are so helpful, and the staff are always smiling eager to brighten your day. The hotel is situated perfectly for night time shopping and restaurants/bars. Take a short seven minute walk to a spectacular beach. Make sure to include the breakfast in your stay because it is a sweet little treat to get your day off with the right start.
First the room is big but bathroom not clean, and te lights in the room is not very bright. Worst breakfast and dinner that i hd in my life. When we going out ,we hang up the card to clean te room. Bt once we bck the room is not cleaned. Asked te receptionist and ahe told that thr card fell down in wind .so duno whether to clean anot. The 2nd day she told the same reason. End up never clean the room throughout our stay. Mosquitoes at night time. And dont ever take te tour agencies from the hotel. Wrst experiences and expensive
First impressions were good, the staff very friendly and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, trees and Greenery all around the downside to this is coconuts falling on your roof during the night which wakes you up and we also had animals running around in the early hours which was kinda funny but annoying. If these two wasn't a regular thing then this would have 5 stars but don't let this out you off. The pool area and outside bar is lovely, great to chill in the sun or shade. The room was spacious but due to all the greenery outside it attracted some bugs and the odd baby lizard which was cute ❤️ I would recommend staying here.
I was here for 2 nights. The lady at the reception was very warm. We were provided with welcome drinks. The resort is located at a very good location. The beach, market, restaurants are all walking distance (and really they are a walking distance away). The rooms and bathroom are clean. The swimming pool provides a good view, the restaurant has good food and drink collection. I tried LIT, and it was good. The breakfast served has a lot of options and all fruits served looked fresh. One con of the hotel is that they only provided water bottle of 600ml per pax, this is very less compared to the heat. They could upgrade it to 1litre. And for an extra 600ml bottle they charge a hell lot of Thai Baht. The com
We stayed at this resort for 3 weeks. It is not luxury but extremely good value for the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice room close to the swimmingpool and the bar/snackbar. Our only complaint was that the temperature of the water in the pool was almost too hot..... All the rooms are in bungalows in a very exoctic garden next to open fields. LOur room had a beautiful vierw to the mountains. The resort is very close to the main street (but still quiet) and appx. a 10 min. walk from the sea side. There are lots of nice restaurants and a great street food market very close to the resort. The only noise (and nice noise) came from beautiful and very tame parrots owned by the resort.
Ac was not working properly and swimming pool is not at all maintained. I was expecting a Villa room but rather they provided us a storage kind of room room no. D3 which was exposed to so much sun light that it is almost impossible to stay at room during day time.
Travelled almost everywhere, can’t really be bothered to post a review but this has just got me really mad. 1. Service was down right terrible. 2. Overpriced for a small crappy room. 3. Dirty rooms, smelly bathroom. 4. Mosquitoes a hell lot of it. 5. Never want to go back ever again.
