This hotel is beautiful. The gardens, the rooms, the food, the location and the staff. And I love the reminders and influence to be sustainable and consider the environment. The pillows were by far the best I have ever slept on! Please send me one haha (I even checked your room menu to purchase). We had a room with a...

This is the second time we have been to Krabi and so far we have stayed in three different hotels. Pakasai is within walking distance of the main part of the resort and very close to the starting point of the long boats that can take you to other beaches. The main plus points of the hotel are the pool...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we were a group of four friends. Let me start with the location. Ao Nang beach is a good 5-7 minutes walk, depending on how fast one walks. However, if walking is not an issue, everything will seem fairly close to you - the market, the eating joints, the night clubs...

This is a difficult review depending on point of view. I traveled in a big group and each family has a different opinion. For my family. we loved the surrounding, a lot of greenery, near the town/beach. The breakfast is adequate and an extremely nice pool, the afternoon 1 for 1 drinks at poolside was great value. We were allocated...

Unfortunately booked 2 weeks in Pakasai. Pro : Deluxe room, swimming pool Cons : staff unfriendly (specially reception), internet connection very poor ( I needed for work but the management did nothing to improve it, i had to go at an internet coffee), restaurant overpriced, house keepers start for us at 9:30!!!! So be ready to get up or they...

This hotel was stunning! Close walk to beaches and restaurants but not too close to all the hustle and bustle. The infinity pool, bar and lounge areas were exceptionally clean with towel service for beach and pool. Room was excellent and the maid did a wonderful job. We also did our part with trying to be "green". The breakfast was...

Pros- Loved breakfast, lots of choice I enjoyed the pool and pool area and the drinks served at the bar were great! Good location- beach is close and lively area can be reached with a short walk Cons- On arrival at the hotel, the reception area and restaurant look very modern but this was not the case with our room....

The staff at the reception are not hospitable as compared to the Thai culture and not willing to go an extra mile to help the guests. We were getting late for our tour and asked her to pack some breakfast or fruits atleast, was given a polythene bag and asked to do it myself... Even the smallest of the hotels...

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our trip to Thailand, and it definitely showed. The hotel is well kept, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has an environmentally friendly mantra which they milk a bit. Reusing towels and not changing bed sheets is encouraged, which I completely support, though despite letting the...

Honestly our arrival was met with a few bumps that the hotel did not really rectify or really attempt to, I'd give them a 4 had they tried to do something but I don't believe it's merited. We opted to go with Pakasai as the booking site we used said they offered 24 hour check-in and after arriving an extremely...
