We were impressed by the standard of this hotel. The location was good and the rooms were great. I have to thank the hotel manager for giving us a swim-up room after my sister's accident. The only minus would go for the food that we ordered to the room. I don't know it it came from the hotel restaurant or from somewhere else, but twice we ordered and didn't like it. When we ate at the restaurant, the food was excellent.
Stayed in the hotel with my family of 4 in the deluxe pool view double beds room. Room was decently priced and the hotel staffs were warm and friendly. Swimming pool was good and breakfast spread was excellent.
Nice hotel in a good location if you don't mind a few minute walk to beach/bars/restaurants and shops. Hotel rooms looking tired. Towels provided appear to be old and worn. Furniture scratched/damaged in places. Unhappy with state of shower. The tiles were covered in mould/mildew and smelt. Could not regulate temperature. Usually scalding hot. Bedding was ripped and looked shabby in places. Pool was small for size of hotel. Sunbeds mostly in the shade all day due to the hotel been a tall building all around it. Pool towels worn and dirty looking. People reserved sunbeds as early as 7am and not enough to go round. Breakfast very good just a bit repetitive. Didn't try any other meals here as a lot cheaper to eat out. Wouldn't rate as a 4 star. More like 3. Nicer hotels in the area and cheaper...sorry centara but thus one wasn't upto scratch.…
Its difficult to sum up this hotel, while we had read some indifferent reviews we found the hotel excellent. We upgraded our room to a pool access room at a very good nightly rate of 1000 baht. Loved this room, very spacious, no queues for sunbeds, there on your balcony, and as the name suggests, you just walk into the pool from your balcony, straight to the swim up bar for a refreshing beer or cocktail ! Perfect ! The reception and restraunt were 50 metres away and the spa over the hall way. Perfectly placed ! Room 3105 ! Reception are very helpful, always greet you with a smile and cheer up your day ! All the staff here were fantastic, always happy, willing to help and resolute in their work ! Breakfast wasn't my best experience, there is quite a good choice but for an Englishman who likes bacon and sausage, I know, a cliche, the choice was not the best. Curry, thai and Chinese food was abundant representing the majority of guests I imagine. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and if you don't want to walk get a red minibus/taxi, 100 baht into town or a mad moped with a side car for the same money ! Entertaining and keeps you cool ! There are alot of indian restaurants here and we visited several all of which were very good, we really did enjoy our holiday here and would return . …
Superb room with all ammenities you could ask for -- Great service in the lobby, pool, spa and hotel restaurant. Surrounding happenings are in the hundreds with great adventures by boat, taxi (or why not tuk-tuk) and by foot. All in all, a 5/5 experience.
