Very good family stay for 3 nights as part of our southern Thai tour. The hotel is well located, close to shops, exchange, bars, seven eleven, 10/15 minutes walk from market night and a few minutes walk from the beaches and boat departures to take you to the neighboring islands. The rooms are beautiful and pleasant, the bedding very good. The breakfast buffet is varied and excellent. In the evening, some starter raw vegetables and prepared dishes are offered à la carte. I would suggest adding pad see u or pad Thai to the menu for a change from rice when it comes to Thai dishes. The swimming pool is original and my children liked it. Sheets and towels are changed on request (read the labels carefully) both for the room and for the pool towels. I recommend this beautiful establishment.

I came to really enjoy this hotel. The rooms and outer corridors to the rooms are dated - they could use freshening up - for example, my room had an iron impression on the wood desk in the room - someone must have left it on there to long. That said my room was in building four and was on the top floor all the way in the corner. It was so peaceful on the balcony overlooking green trees and a bit of the pool - very quite. The breakfasts were amazing - so many choices including egg station, fresh fruit and so much more. The pool was amazing - stretching through the entire campus of the buildings, though sections of the pools have very steep inclines which I think should be addressed - quite slippery and saw a lot of people, including my self slip. There are a very limited of chaise lounge chairs by the pools as well so best if you go early and grab one or two. For the most part, guests were courteous around the pools. Staff were generally pleasant though they didn't seem to go out of there way to help. The people selling tours at the hotel were nice but really had no details nor were they interested in hearing feedback about the experiences. They only serve as a middle person which is common in Thailand but unfortunate, as one of the tours I bought from them was definitely not as advertised but there seemed to be no recourse. The rooms were simple, each contained a safe and the location was fairly convenient to everything I needed; 7-11, laundry services, food, beach, etc. I walked from the hotel to the Monkey Trail - it's a good walk but very doable - best to do it early in the morning before all of the long tail boats come into the beach area and crowds start to emerge.

Quite a decent property in krabi. Centrally located and walking distance from beach, night market and street market.
Our room was spacious with basic amenities and was clean and hygienic. Gym is very small but suited our needs. Kids play room was good as it kept my daughter busy.
Breakfast was average, in taste, quality and variety. They need to include more vegetarian options and improve on overall quality.
All staff need to learn English!! Its very difficult to communicate with staff over basics. Overall friendliness of staff needs to be improved. Need more smiling faces in holiday destination.
Housekeeping can be better as our room was not cleaned at all in 2 night stay. When we asked someone to come to clean, she only changed water bottles and towels. Zero cleaning was done.
However overall its a good property at great location.
The worst was cutlery. They were charging additional money to give basic plates/spoons in room. This was ridiculous.

My wife and myself are currently holidaying in Krabi and are coming towards the end of an enjoyable 3 night stay at the Deevana Plaza located at the far end of Aonang - comfortable 10/15 minute walk away from both the Beach and the Main Street.
The rooms are spacious with all the usual amenities (although our room safe wasn’t working on arrival and - despite having reported this to Reception - still isn’t!), plenty of hot water and good internet access.
Our stay is on a half-board basis with both Breakfast and Dinner served Buffet style in the Ground Floor Kingfisher Restaurant. There is a good range of dishes available to cater for the wide range of guests.
There is a long central Swimming Pool which didn’t appeal (certainly wouldn’t want one of the Pool Access rooms) but we were fortunate to have access to the far superior option next door at the Deevana Krabi - well worth considering!
The biggest asset are the staff (possibly with the exception of the Room Safe Service Engineer!) who - across the board - were most welcoming.

Plus: Location and ambience of the property is very good. Well maintained property, Pool is also good. Downside : Management rules and staff are not that good. Breakfast spread was good but not apt to taste and restaurant staff were nowhere to be found. They have a weird rule that if you just want plates and cutleries in the room, you have to take it yourself or pay THB 200/plate (just nonsense). We are staying at a resort not some hostel. Never book this property if you are is looking for good services.

Amazing hotel with amenities and great service. Reached the hotel and was welcome with drinks and smiles. The front desk staff each and everyone greeted us. This is first class hospitality service we experienced.
The bell boy send our luggage up to our family room without even asking them.. such a thoughtful and kind of them. The front desk staff brought us personally to our room and gave us a tour around the hotel. Very informative and make us feel comfortable.
The room is big spacious and clean. Enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Rooms are equipped with guest amenities and a welcome flower arrangement on the bed. We felt this hotel very takes every details towards making their guest experience to another level beyond basic service.
Then we went to the pool for a swim, it was amazing long pool with different sections. Clean pool and relaxing. The hotel also provides shuttle service to Ao Nang based on their schedule provided, you can check it near the front desk lobby. If you missed their timings, not to worry you can take a tuk tuk (motorcycle taxi) to Ao Nang for ThB100 -150. The location is good and in front of the hotel street has massage, laundry, and restaurants too.
During our stay we were surprised with a birthday cake. So thoughtful.. the hotel staff wishes me Happy birthday too.. I felt so touched and warmth by their service.
They never failed to greet you each morning from the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff. I can sense their teamwork is strong and well communicated. There is a staff name Kiki, she is awesome, she makes sure we had a good stay and even help us to get the bell boy to pick up our luggage during checkout. she and her team plays an important role to bring up the hotel image "smiles from the hearts"
I really appreciate your time and service to make our stay memorable. Not all hotels can bring this experience towards their guest but Kiki and her team is an example the hotel industry needs.

Overall the experience at this hotel was very good - the staff are polite and respond quickly to any request. The hotel front of house is clean and modern, so too is the restaurant However there are a few things that let the overall picture down - the hotel is in what seems to be a backstreet and the surrounding environment is dirty with unfinished building works and discarded refuse - why dont the surrounding hotels club together to keep it clean ? The bedrooms are comfortable with a very welcome air conditioner to cool the room down but some areas look ‘tired’ the sliding window had a faulty lock and was difficult to open on every occasion., The chambermaid missed replenishing the various consumables one day with result that we had make various visits to reception to get toilet rolls, tea , coffee etc . The pool is a small strip of water sandwiched between the restaurant and ground floor bedrooms . It seems dark and always has leaves floating in it. The food at dinner was varied and good but I felt breakfast lacked sufficient variety for a western palette.

The whole property is very well managed and the whole Karabi, Ao-Nang town and other location are at walkable distance. Food and breakfast is a feast to have and is served fresh always.
The Pool and rooms are clean and every room has a balcony and the views are equal to all.

It is about 40 minutes ride from our hotel to Krabi airport, then you should leave the hotel no later than 8am, maybe 7.30am. We are able to arrange airport transfer by van for 4 person which is 1,100.-Baht net per van per way. Anyhow please let us know in advance if you need to make the reservation or any further information you may need.

I think it is misunderstand message from Agoda Site. Anyhow, we do accept all child age at Deevana Plaza Krabi Aonang. Our policy is child is under 12 years and she/he is able to share bed with parents without any charges unless they request breakfast as it will be charged 50% of full price.
And 3rd person who is over 12 years, we consider as adult. Anyhow, we are able on negotiate. Please contact hotel directly for more information you may need to avoid any misunderstanding.
Anyhow, I will check those site to correct the information as soon as possible.
