Just back from staying 5 nights at Narvinda and the positives are 1.hotel perfectly situated right in middle of Krabi,2 the staff including the cleaner were wonderful,3 lovely clean swim out room,4 rooftop pool with marvellous views,5 use of sister pool 50 yards up the road with lovely pools and great food.Now the downside,lighting in bedroom and hall was terrible,there is a torch in the room and I had to use it to read a book.TV in room has only 2 English speaking channels,shower in bathroom lovely big area but very little pressure,no bar in hotel,no internet on roof area,found breakfast to be very substandard for westerners but for the price you pay it is well worth staying here for the welcome you receive.This hotel could be so much better with a bit of investment and I’m not sure they would cope if hotel was more than half full.…

Fairly modern hotel about half a mile out from the very busy centre of town. Two minutes walk to the beach , restaurants and Seven eleven. Large spacious room with balcony overlooking ground floor pool. Spacious room with comfy bed. Second pool on 4th floor roof ideal for late afternoon swimming. Great breakfast near reception with tables outside and inside. Very helpful staff Excellent stay

This is a small hotel and very clean, but there are a few improvements that could be made. We were told when we arrived that there were WIFI issues and that they were trying to address them by having individual WIFI routers in each room. These rarely worked. We had a swim up room which was lovely however the area to 'sit' on was extremely small and not private. Having said that it was lovely to open your patio doors and have a dip in the cool water. The beds are certainly not comfortable, we requested additional mattress toppers and also used additional duvets which helped. They could do with installing some 'coat hooks' in the room as there were no facilities to hang things other than a bathroom rail. The breakfast choice was poor and this certainly needs a bit of an upgrade. The bathroom had two shower heads however the overhead one did not work. We did not report it as we were able to manage with just the one. On a positive note the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We also had use of the pool facilities in their sister hotel over the road, which was very good and also had a swim up bar. This was particularly good. …

The hotel was ok The room was quite nice ,we were upgraded to a pool access room but it actually means you have no balcony so not sure if it’s an upgrade! However it s a sweet little hotel ,good access for the beach and shops restaurants etc It was clean ,breakfast ok and not a lot else to say

The hotel was all in all in ok condition, though it seemed that the pandemic has taken it's toll on it. Part of the first floor was under construction, or so it seemed. The main pool area was very nice and clean, all though the sun did reach it only for few hours in a day. The rooftop and the rooftop pool were in a need of little TLC. There were only few sunbeds but during our stay there weren't that many guests, so we had the whole rooftop to ourselves most of the time. The view was amazing and really made the hole area. Plus side is the hotel next door (La Playa), since all the guests from Navinda are welcomed to its pool area, which was huge and very well taken care of. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff made sure that we had clean and dry towels. The hotel provided towels for pool separately, and a beach tote with a beach mat in it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the waiters at breakfast. Breakfast itself was not that special, but it had all the basic stuff. Since the hotel is very small, the breakfast room was small as well. All in all, this hotel is perfect for you, if you don't expect grand pool areas and other luxurious commodities. The location itself was perfect for exploring Ao Nang, and nearby areas. For example, the local bus to Krabi town passed the hotel every ten minutes or so, and the beach was only few minutes away. …

I have absolutely loved my stay here at Navinda, on arrival I was upgraded to a pool access room, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. There are just minor things that need fixed such as the phone had no connection and wires exposed from wall, wires exposed in bathroom, large shower head not working. I found the floors in the room to not be clean when I arrived but I just mentioned to reception and it was soon sorted. I unfortunately had a scooter accident and instead of 4 nights I stayed for 8 to take some time to recover. At the time the staff were great in assisting me to get medical help and booking extra nights was never a bother. The pool areas are well maintained and a great place to relax, rooms are cleaned daily if u want it done and bedding is also changed at your request. The hotel is a short walk from all shops, restaurants and beaches. Thank you to all staff at Navinda for making my solo stay so great and helping me when I needed it! …

Stayed in room with pool access on 12/July/2022. Hotel is not crowded, most probably due to tourist are not aware that the operation has been started. Anyhow got most privacy to use pool this time and totally enjoy the moment! Definitely will come again if the rate is still reasonable!

The service was awesome. The staff, owner & cook- everyone were just so friendly. They gave us a swimming pool accessible room. And they also gave us complimentary rambutan fruits😋. Hospitality 100% I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting krabi
