We were traveling from Koh Samui on a round trip 7 of us, and we just booked in last minute in this hotel, because of the beutiful mounthin behind. Sleep and go- that was the plan, but we had to stay one more night, the view, the accomodation, the service was so enjoyable. The staff was great, nothing was to much for them: helping to find my boy's phone, even going out to the massage salon to find it. Breakfast ok, well presented. Dinner tasty. Fair prices. No coctails, no alcoholic drinks except beer. Less to pay at the check out.

Great hotel. Amazing value for your money!! The wooden planks have been removed and the area around the swimming pool is now concrete. Breakfast is good. Egg station and really nice coffee. The sun beds at the swimming pool are to hard. The house keeping was okay but the bed linen were not renewed every day. The shuttle to the beach rides every hour for maximum 6 people. You have to wait ‘in line’. If there is more then 6 people then they will not drive again. Bad luck for the 7th. What was annoying is that you need to call in order for them to pick you up. No time schedule for pickup. Calling is way more expensive then taking a tuktuk for 100 bath. Walking to the beach is 20/25 minutes but in the heath you will sweat a lot. Again, great value for your money, but some things that could be improved. In my opinion not a 4 star hotel.

We came here 2years ago when it was first open and because of how nice it was then we chose to come here again. We booked 2x villas with showers for 5 days that cost 14,000b $430 which is excellent value for the accommodation you will get. Checkin was swift, informative and we arrived a little before the designated checkin time but was still allowed to go to the rooms. Rooms were yet again fantastic. Very clean, well maintained and have all the little essentials needed like kettle, safe, bottle opener on the wall, shampoo, body wash, clothes hangers, fridge etc. The fridge can be filled with drinks from the hotel and they are a very good price, only a little bit more than you would pay in a 7/11! Bed is firm but comfy. A decent TV for those who like to watch a bit of TV. AC was working in both rooms with no problems. Shower was always hot if required, yet again no problems. 2x bottles of water given every day after the daily clean. The views are amazing, you have a fantastic limestone mountain in the background which you can get some super photos! Breakfast is definitely a lot better compared to our first stay. There now are different hot foods, cakes, salad bar, egg station and they even make American pancakes, probably find something you like. A fair selection of drinks from coffee, to juices. Location is just a 10 minute walk to Aonang beach with plenty of bars and restaurants all around. We had a slight problem with the breakfast tokens, a days token was not given so when we took a token the day was different to the date given, was a bit embarrassing with the commotion as we eat light for breakfast anyway plus my girlfriends daughter had a villa to herself so they saved 5 days breakfast on that villa alone. During our time there they were redoing the decking at the pool which shows that they are keeping up with maintenance. Overall a fantastic place to stay for a very reasonable price!

Aonang Hill was perfect in every way. The villa that we stayed in was truly luxurious. Large rooms, large modern bathrooms, views of the limestone cliffs, awesome breakfast and just an overall good atmosphere and vibe from the staff. The pool was nice. The location was great, as we could walk to town or take the free shuttle that leaves every half hour. There are some little restaurants along the road to Aonang that were really good. We loved it so much that we extended our original 5 nights and stayed an additional 5 nights. Highly recommend.

Staff was excellent. Restaurant did a very nice job with breakfast and with a couple other meals we had there. The shuttles to beach, and to airport, were perfect. You do get to have some fun with practicing Thai or pantomiming with some of the local staff and other hotel guests, when communicating in English does not get the point across...laugh and enjoy it, as the folks there love to laugh too. Very clean. We booked a king bed villa...very nice and private with great views of the mountains! The pool and surrounding environment were beautiful. (The pool deck and some villas were getting some upgrade work done, with no disruption to a great stay).
