The room itself was very clean what I appreciated the most and had all that you need, including shower accessorries, hair dryer, as well as kettle set with coffee and tea. The room was cleaned every day, with the change of towels and bed linens. Breakfast was good but I would suggest more stuff to clean the tables as we had to wait for available place to eat. Food was ok, nice thai specialities to try, sweet waffers, eggs in every way you like they cook for you, definitely everyone will find something. Hotel located near many shops, bars, restaurants, travel agency, pharmacy - all nearby. To Ao Nang center it's around 10 minutes walking distance, same to the beach. Good hotel for £45 a night , rooms very clean , fantastic shower , if you want a pool this hotel is not for you. From early in the morning guests put there towels down and don’t stay at the pool so you can never get a space at the pool it’s too small for the number of guests. In saying this it is a lovely space and very clean pool - management need to monitor beds if guest don’t use remove their towels , I have seen this work at many other hotels. Hotel is right next to Ao Nang night market which is not a noisy place at night - great place to visit each night. For me I have stayed at numerous hotels in Ao Nang for the price and for a couple of nights this is not a bad hotel but there are better options.Date of stay: January 2020Traveled soloWritten January 11, 2020

Very noisey hotel. Had to get sleeping tablets in order to sleep. Asked could we be moved up the hotel as a lot of hotel machinery outside our window making massive amount of noise (compressors, shed etc). We were fobbed off by staff. I ended up having to get sleeping tablets to sleep. Would not recommended. Staff were not helpful.

This is my first time staying at this property. Such a great experience. Staff are amazingly helpful with all I need.The room is modern equipped with smart Tv which is I really like it. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Breakfast was ok but the coffee is too light for me though. Satisfied overall. Definitely come back. This is 3.5 star with quality of 4.5.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Glow hotel the room was perfect large tv with youtube and Netflix. A huge bed which was so comfy pillows also so comfortable. Kettle tea coffee water large hairdryer full-size shampoo and Shower gel Slippers. Room was cleaned when you wanted It We were only booked in for a week but enjoyed it do much we stayed 2 weeks. The location was also a great 15-minute walk to the night market and 5-minute walk to catch the boat to Railay Beach which is recommended and only 100b each way. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel too. I will definitely be back to stay at the Glow hotel.

We stopped at the Glow twice on our travels. Our first room was a twin room the second visit we had two beds in one room. The rooms are clean the bathroom are glass partition with blinds, take that as you will. There is tea and coffee In the room. I would suggest not using the cups. They are black however due to this they don't get cleaned, if you take a second to look inside it's not pleasant. The air con and fridge in our first stay worked correctly. The second visit no such luck. Neither worked we informed the staff but due to short time people stay at this hotel its not worth there effort for them to fix them. Hot room and hot drinking water. The hotel itself is located in a good position. Walking distance to the beach and main areas. The breakfast was reasonable and not bad. The pool was in the center of the U shaped hotel. If you are wanting accommodation for a couple of day. This is a good choice but only if the aircon and fridge is working in your room. P.S Clean the Cups before use.…

This hotel is value for your money. Nothing to fancy or shabby but for a good night sleep to get re-energized for the next day. It's tucked in a corner so a bit more quiet but there's plethora of shops and food stalls for you to indulge in around the hotel. If you don't mind walking, you can get on the beach road within 5 to 10 mins of walking. From there it's just rows of shops, Cafe and restaurants tons of stuff to do.

We are on a 6 weeks holiday, and this the worst hotel that we stayed in AVOID AVOID AVOID. 4 STAR hotel and in the building that we stayed there was no elevator, air-conditioning wasn't work properly and the engine of the air-conditioning was very noisy. There so many bad things with this hotel that I can't include them in one review. Anyway if they are giving u a room at the last building of the hotel just leave don't ruin your holiday

Just arrived and very very disappointed. Despite emailing ahead advising we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and having a response assuring me of a nice room we are looking at a carpark. Customer services leave much to be desired.... I have worked in hotels for 30years and m well travelled and haven't experienced the "couldn't care less attitude" I have here. Firstly they told me it's the room I booked, then backtracked and said they were full today but would move me tomorrow. .... to change rooms on my anniversary is really not good enough. To top it off the porter found it amusing, laughing all the way to the room. Avoid at all costs

If you’re reading this please take this to heart. This is definitely one of the worst hotels to stay at in Ao Nang. Rooms will be dirty, the elevator doesn’t even work. Overpriced & dirty. Stay at Ao Nang dugong instead, worth the money clean and staff are incredibly helpful. STAY AWAY FROM GLOW ! Unless you’re a racist Eastern European then you’ll love this place. I wish all my money could have gone to JUST the friendly staff I met. The owner of this hotel should be absolutely ashamed. -100000/10

There are way nicer hotels in this area for less money, the internet sucks here, the pool is full of screaming kids running around all the time ( if you’re a loud family you’ll love it here) The front desk doesn’t really help you with anything, they just shrug their shoulders and send you on your way. Breakfast isn’t that great, a lot of rude Russian people pushing me around and when I’m trying to retrieve food or coffee. The rooms don’t get cleaned very well, the furniture on the patio is all rusty, and people start loudly moving the patio furniture around WAY to early in the morning. I made the mistake of booking this place for 10 days with no option to refund because the reviews said this place was awesome and I trusted that, but everything I needed it to offer was lacking. And I wish we just stayed at the hotel we were at before up the road. So disappointing, will not be staying here again I recommend it to rude Eastern European people and loud families.…
