We found a parking place close by the hotel and got checked in by a friendly receptionist who was informative about the city. She also adviced us to book a table if we intended to have our evening dinner in their restaurant. We did and followed the advice. There were no elevator up the one floor to the rooms and the stairs felt a bit long and narrow with heavy suitcases - but not too bad. This is a plain hotel, quite o.k. Medium sized rooms which were clean and nice, wi-fi is free. Service was very good, English well spoken
The restaurant was kept in a modern style, art on the walls though chairs in a more retro style. Food was good and the portions great. The duck breast could definitely been more tender and not quite so raw, while the other dishes were excellent and added to the overall rating.
There is also a large garden where outdoor serving is possible.
