Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff, Very clean our rooms were spotless every day and all the staff are exceptional especially the manager Vangelis and Lazarus our taxi chauffeur, they all literally look after you in every possible way they can, We highly recommend this hotel a 10/10 in everything.

Beautiful boutique hotel with the kindest people - I would like to say a special thanks to Val, who was lovely, amazing at his job and knows how to look after people. What an asset to the hotel. Really lovely atmosphere, good breakfast, about 10 min walk to closest little supermarket shop, and 15 min walk to a quiet beach. I lost my necklace and the cleaner found it for me which I was super grateful for (sorry, didn't get her name). The reception staff so kind too, and everyone who works there were lovely - truly thankful for making our trip so lovely.

The hotel is located near a quiet beach. Best to bring a sweater along since Mykonos is a windy island. The staff is very friendly and the food and cocktails are very nice. I would defenitely recommend a stay at this hotel!

5/5 Indeed. Gorgeous Peaceful Facility, amazing pool at the entrance, great beach veiw through window to start the day, decent gymnasium. Delicious breakfast.Nice, sweet, ultra clean and small swimming pool to spend ur most of the afternoon in case one wants to be slothy. Ftelia bay is just at 10 mins walk. Only thing is it's quiet far from mykonos town. But same can be easily arranged by hotel concierge desk. Staff is extremely dedicated towards providing best of the services ,humble, helping, dexterous. Gym was also amazingly maintained. Our stay was a treat. Love to visit again.

We could not have chosen a better hotel to suit us. The overall experience was terrific. From the moment Maria greeted us at reception to the time we checked out, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless, the grounds well maintained and the pool area was perfect. We had the superior seaview room with breakfast included. The buffet breakfast had great selection. The lunch and dinner food choices were perhaps a little limited but all you needed to do was ask and they would conjur up something special. Special mention goes to Valadis (Val) , his service was exceptional and did not go unnoticed. This is a smaller hotel with 33 rooms, set up on the northern part of the island about a 12min walk to a delightful beach. Definitely 5 stars!

The hotel offers an breakfast with a large selection and excellent coffee. The pool area is very nice as well. It is a pity that the hotel is in a rather unfortunate position stuck between a cement depot and a construction site. Our room was pretty average and basic although large with hig ceilings. Celaning definately needs more attention as visible dead flies and clumps of hair not good. The main asset of this hotel is their staff in the reception and at breakfast, all of them are welcoming, very nice, friendly and efficient.

That would be the second time we stay in Ftelia. Excellent location 10 min from the town,port,Alemagou... Bar service and the guys there are great. Can't say the same about the reception hospitality. Rooms were clean and the renovated ones are very nice. Great value for money as well.

This hotel was really disappointing for us and we shortened our stay. I don't want to be too harsh as the staff were really nice and were nice when we said we weren't going to stay and refunded us for the days we didn't stay. But... I think its good to be honest so others don't have the same problems we did. 1) its in the middle of nowhere! which you might think is okay but the taxis don't have meters and don't accept card so you could be paying any amount of cash to go to and from the hotel for dinner/sightseeing/etc and theres nothing in walking distance so unless you have a car its pointless to stay here 2) its not a luxury hotel by any means - its more like a hostel/2 star and wasn't that clean - lots of dust in our room and opened bottles of toiletries which during covid isn't great. 3) the pool is TINY!!! definitely not big enough for all the rooms they have 4) no matter what the website says, there is no sea view! its next to a farm and theres no sea view from any part of the hotel, just a farm view 5) the breakfast is really disappointing - they served us uncooked sloppy poached eggs (one wasn't even on the bread)nand when we said they weren't cooked they said thats how it is in greece and refused to cook it more (see photo of completely raw eggs). I will repeat though, the staff are friendly and nice. If you have a car and just want to escape somewhere quiet then yes this is the hotel for you, but if you want to enjoy mykonos and go out and don't have a car... stay closer to the mykonos town.
