Stopped for lunch and was very impressed with quantity and standard of what we ordered. Staff friendly and lovely to sit outside. We went back in the evening for a drink and the manager was serving food hollering at the top of voice the table numbers. One lady didn't realise it was her order then when she did he literally... We stopped here for lunch today it's a good setting near the beach. We have been several times in the past. But today the service was very slow even though it was not very busy. We ordered The vegetarian dish and lasagne, the lasagne was quite a small portion for a main course. We then waited 30 minutes for desert.... More

The Seaview is a lovely hotel with about 5 decent rooms and a great garden and bar. The food is excellent and the beer is worth the trip. The beach is only about 2 minutes walk away and although pebbles, the sand comes out at low tide. A great and relaxing place for a few days - be warned that... More

The roast dinner was overcooked and the meat was tough. The service was a bit offhand and incredibly slow. Prices were a shade on the steep side.We sat outside in the garden which was a plus point. The interior of the pub is very dated and scruffy. it has a Bar Billiards table which is unusual nowdays.we would not return... More

I invited two ladies to a midday meal at the Seaview Hotel, something I had promised them for a long time, and took a chance on booking a table at the restaurant, not knowing what the food was like. We were all pleasantly surprised by the choice of dishes and the meals that we ordered. We all had sea bass... More

Stopped for couple off nights for Goodwood Festival of Speed, Room was very tired and in need of a refit, OK for a crash pad. Staff were friendly. Good full English breakfast in the morning. But need to be bit more flexible on times, i.e Sunday breakfast time 9-10am , not good if you want to make early start. Bit... More
