I recently stayed at this hotel for a work conference. The hotel is owned and managed by First Nations and it is a wonderful, unique place. The First Nations culture is on display which makes the hotel inviting as well as a learning opportunity. The grounds are great for walking and with a lovely river flowing nearby. The rooms are... My spouse and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff and accommodations where excellent. Breakfast on the other hand was disappointing and offered a very low price/quality ratio. Bare in mind this was a Saturday but we hear Friday morning brunches are excellent. A must see with family as well. We will return soon.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and used it as a base to explore Quebec City while en route to the East Coast. We had an amazing stay here and very much enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. The hotel itself somewhat resembles a large luxury lodge. If you're not a vegetarian and enjoy the rustic this is... More

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and stayed on the middle tier in a large king room. The view was fabulous and the river could be heard when the doors were slid over. The bed was comfortable with down pillows, comforter and great smelling sheets. But there was so much dust on the light fixtures, mirror frames, light switches... More

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby complete with fireplace, the restaurant was very nice with delicious traditional food, and all the employees were extremely nice and helpful. We had some difficulty, however, booking what they show as their Wisdom package since no one was quite sure what it was they offered. Then we had to book it... More

While staying in Quebec City, we ventured out into the countryside to find the AMAZING Wendake Hotel-Museum. Although we did not stay overnight, the incredibly welcoming ambiance of wood fire, animal furs and carvings was unlike anything we have experienced in a hotel lobby. It's now on our "bucket list" to return and stay awhile next time! It is completely... More

We loved this hotel. There were many surprises in nooks and crannies. It was very authentic. The art on each floor was amazing. The animal skins were soft and warm and included in each room. We took a tour of the museum and it was very interesting (however, do not take tour with Dominick--he talked mostly about himself and made... More

Beautiful hotel with a traditional Indigenous atmosphere. Food was exceptional. Service was above and beyond. The attached museum provided an opportunity to be immersed in the history and experience of the Wendake Nation, the oldest reservation in North America.
