The receptionists (asian guy and blond lady) are so rude and dont know how to welcome their customers... they speak like robots and every word sounds so rude... I guess they have no clue what customer service is. The room we got was very small, ugly and had only one extra table with mirror... it def needs mantainance. The showers... More

The hostel was very basic, but the communal areas were ok. The bus service the hostel offers is absolutely horrible: the driver was driving like a manic, which resulted in near-accidents multiple times. He was driving way faster than everyone else on the road and we were constantly launched through the bus. We were happy to arrive in one piece.

I stayed one night here when visiting the Highlands. The room was fine, until a bird, trapped in the ceiling, kept me awake the entire night. I imagine it got in through the poorly maintained ceiling in the corridor, which had a number of holes in it. There was no member of staff to contact, and when I told someone... More

I was travelling with a group of young people. They were in the dormitory space upstairs at the lodge which was also accessible to some of the staff for the lodge who also had single rooms in this space, so it was a little disappointing that they did not have exclusive use of this space. As a leader, I was... More

All the facilities were OK however not particularly clean or cosy. One of the receptionists was very unwelcoming and not very kind. The smell around the hostel smelt very strongly of sewers. The TV did not work. There was no atmosphere, we were told to be quiet at 10 pm. Overall, not a great hostel and would not recommend this... More

The location is great, real close to the bus station and the main street with all the restaurants. The showers are clean and a hot shower felt amazing after our long walk. We stayed in a double room, clean but we chose to sleep in our own sheets to be safe. The bar is really nice, it's cosy, they light... More

This hostel is very close to Cameron highlands center where at least a bus from Kuala Lumpur leaves you. You only walk a bit forward and then left to uphill. The place has free wifi in the lobby and rooms with public or private toilets. Rooms can be quite cold but otherwise good enough for few day staing. The place... More

The dorms are horrible! You have to pay 2 ringgits more to get a locker, and then they don't even provide the lock. The staff is super unfriendly and lazy! If they don't want to do something they definitely won't! The bathrooms are gross, no soap at all and the toilet paper rolls were always empty. If your looking for... More

We stayed there for 4 nights. We found the place quite good for the price, but for us it was just a basic acommodation without anything charming. Okey, there is a common area, where would be really nice to stay with our own drinks (as it is commontly in all the guesthouses and hostels where we have stayed). So, in... More

I stayed here for two nights with a friend and we both felt that we would have been comfortable coming here as solo travelers. The atmosphere was so friendly, as the outside space made it easy to hang out with other people and the dorm, although very basic, was laid out really well. We really enjoyed the hostel bar in...
