Stayed here as a family of 4 in November 2016 for 1 night. Because me and my husband are both tall we found that our feet kept hitting the bottom board on the bed. I Have stayed at the Old Rectory a number of times, with both friends and sometimes my grandchildren too. A good value hotel (Motel). Looked after by its friendly owners Wendy and Stuart. It's a lovely b&b,I haven't stayed there as a guest but have visited for lunch and a few drinks,it's run by a lovely couple,they welcome dogs in the gardens,they have fish in a huge raised pond,they welcome family's and couples,I recommend a stop off at this lovely spot not over crowded and great cream teas too

Ideal for short stops to see Bream a base to tour the area . We booked through the agency and I don't think any one there had viewed the Old Rectory we were told disabled and dog friendly . Luckily I can walk short distance on crutches , I wouldn't have been able to get into the garden or dinning...
