We spent 4 nights at the hotel and enjoyed every one of them. All of the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Also met friendly locals in the bar who were entertaining. We had a stunning view over the bay from our room and enjoyed the goodies provided. The bed was... More

We booked the Coll Hotel for two nights as part of a Western Hebrides holiday. We had planned for three nights, but the ferry from Oban was fully booked on the first day. The hotel was very accommodating. We arrived about 10 in the morning and stopped by the hotel. Our room was ready, so we unloaded and went for... More

A lovely place for an overnight on a two day cycle tour. Room small, as expected, but good décor and well furnished. Great view towards the little harbour. Staff friendly, food excellent and good value. The half lobster, although not cheap, was worth it. Other food good, and home made biscuits provided in room and with meals. Picnic service a... More

Looked like a nice place to go for a quiet early evening drink with our 18 and 16 year old lads, but we were immediately and rudely ejected from the bar with lots of finger pointing despite our 18 year old having ID and despite making it clear that we only wanted a soft drink for our 16 year old.... We stayed in room 2 which has stunning views over Arinagour harbour, and was nice and quiet too. Super comfortable bed and tidy room. The food here is simply amazing! We ate dinner twice, lunch and breakfast too and every meal was delicious. The monkfish was the standout, mussels were great too and other meals around us looked excellent, if... More

We were on the island of Coll for a week and had a meal here on our first night. We were so impressed we went back every night to eat. The food is all locally sourced, and their seafood is freshly caught by the local fishing boats. The meat is all from local farms on the island. The food was... More
