Spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful sea view. Staff is nice and very helpful, above all expectations. Room are being cleaned on daily basis. Private parking is a big plus. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot. What must be improved for this kind of money is breakfast. Internet connection was ok, not perfect as there was zero signal in one of the rooms but for Greek standards Internet was amazing.

Sivota Agia Paraskevi an amazing place and same the hotel. With excelent view. Tasty traditional greek breakfast and very friendly staff. Beaches are near the hotel, 2 minutes maximum. I recommend it.

We stayed for 8 days at 3 Aktes Resort last August and had a very nice time. The room was spacious, the balcony was very big and everything was modern and spotless. This is a family own hotel and the owners were very gentle and friendly. The food was very good. They had a fixed menu for the half board package where you could choose from 5 variants. Not much choice, but everything was delicious. Breakfast was pretty basic, not much variety, but it was ok. For us it was ok, as we aren’t very much focused in eating during our holidays. The spot is perfect as you can access 3 beaches that are very close to the hotel. The water is warm and calm. Best beach ever been till now (Agia Paraskevi). For someone looking for a relaxing, quiet and cozy holiday, Perdika is the perfect spot and 3 Aktes is a very good choice.…

An apartment hotel located between Agia Paraskevi and Kamini beaches, which can both be reached on foot. Both beaches are surrounded by natural beauty and they are organised. All apartments have stunning sea view. They are spacious and they are equipped with a kitchen. The most important thing is that they are super clean! The area is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is another asset. Delicious, homemade pies, treats, jams and honey, cakes plus all the usual stuff (eggs, ham, cheese etc). The swimming pool area is also very clean and it features a bar, where you can drinks and ice cream. The owners and staff are prompt and very helpful, always there when you need them. There's free WiFi and car parking all over the hotel. We were more than happy to stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay there again in our next visit. Notes: Syvota and Perdika villages are 10 minutes drive from the hotel. At max 20 minutes there are great beaches. Apart from those around the hotel, we also liked Mikri Ammos. Agali restaurant serves delicious pies and Kamini restaurant has fresh fish, while Aiora beach bar has nice cocktails.…

Excellent experience in 3 Aktes Resort in Perdika, Sivota. Stunning breathtaking views with the magical sunset everyday watching it from our balcony! Good varieties on breakfast and staff very helpful, polite and so friendly. Noufaro was a great large room and we loved every moment in it. Cleaning service I will rate it 5star. Highly recommended to visit this place and booking in advance is recommended to avoid any disappointment. Also a stunning view with a rainbow something you don't see everyday here.

Amazing location, overlooking the sea. Very quiet and clean. 3 beautiful beaches located nearby, where one can reach them on foot. PROS: Helpfull and polite staff Very clean rooms Excellent food at the restaurant CONS: No variety in the menu No market nearby We will definitely visit it again.

I have been there 1 week in August with my wife and daughter and I have to say that the room was big and clean, modern fornitures but above all over a very strategic position. It is just 100 meters far from the Agia Paraskaveli beach that is one of the most amazing beaches of the region. More over Syvota is just 5 km away so, having a car, you would take just 5 minutes to have a walk in the town or having food. I have never tried but the resort has a restaurant. Opinione from other travellers were good but I cannot guarantee..... If I would come back in Syvota I would surely come back here !

My family and I spent our summer holiday in this hotel in August 2016 and it was great! Calm, small and peaceful, excellent staff and comfortable and spacious rooms. Great swimming pool and nearby beaches make this location perfect if you want to be isolated from the crowd, even in the high season. The offer on the a-la cart menu could be bigger, but everything that was in offer was delicious. More seafood is my proposal. Also, should invest more in having stable internet connection.

i'm usually a complainer! BUT, in this case I did not find even a small detail to complain for. Ample rooms (40-60 m2), fully equipped, cleanliness allover, strongly signalled Wi-Fi, shady terrace ab. 12 m2 with magnificent view. Rich homemade Breakfast with a great variety of choices. Restaurant opened from noon till midnight covering any taste demand. An excellent restaurant-terrace ab. 10m x 20m, with deep shadow under and around of plants, sparrows flying & hopping around. And most of all: provision of services by the stuff: Extremely professional but also friendly and helpful and always smiling. More than a family! Prices? UNBELIEVABLE! Vassilis

My family and I stayed there for 8 nights during August and I can definitely confirm that 3 aktes exceeded our expectations. 3 aktes is situated within 4 minutes walking distance from Agia Paraskevi beach and 8 minute drive from either Syvota or the beautiful village of Perdika. It is an excellent selection as you are situated in a close distance to all local attractions but you avoid the overcrowded Syvota with its really hot climate and on the same time you have a spacious balcony with a stunning view. The room was exactly as it is shown on their website , elegant spacious with modern furnitures and very clean. The breakfast buffet was a big surprise. It was carefully prepared with a large variety of things to choose from a variety of jams, fresh fruits , pastries,different local pies each day, eggs & sausages yogurt,salads, biscuits and many more. The restaurant itself should definitely been visited even if you don't manage to stay at the place as it has excellent cuisine. It is one of the best restaurants we have ever been. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and are extremely tasty. The people who run the place are putting a big effort to please their guests and they are always there to help and make your staying more enjoyable. Definitely a place to visit again.…
