Came with a group to this hotel for 7 nights stay. I travel a lot. It’s my worst experience in the last many years. 1) Air Conditioner in most rooms doesn’t work in hot Italian summer. 2) Rooms are dirty. I found fleas. 3) Breakfast is usually not ready, many things are missing, although the hotel was not fully booked. 4) Stuff doesn’t really follow instructions. Don’t disturb sign - they still enter the room, leave door to public balcony opened, move stuff in the room. But everything with a smile )))

Family hotel welcoming and friendly. Clean fluffy towels plentiful and fresh daily. Bed linen changed mid stay (7night stay). Room adaquate, en suite fine plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. TV not receiving a signal but no bother as no time or inclination to watch it. Fridge in room. Very hot weather during our stay and though there was air conditioning it was a bit noisy and not that efficient. Food was excellent, breakfast good with freshly cooked omelette, ham, cheese, plus the usual continental breakfast. Dinner over the road in restaurant on the lake, lovely. Some of the nicest Italian food in a 3 star hotel with a coach holiday. Wine and water served generously, prices at the bar great. Staff attentive and cheerful..Viverone a small village with bars cafes on the lakeside. A small supermarket nearby. Lovely walks by the lake and boat trips, pedaloes available. As a coach trip we were out and about most days with trips to local wineries, cheese tastings and a rice farm, plus the Piamonte capital Torino.

Stayed here for one night as we were driving to holiday in Italy. Location of hotel was nice. Room was very basic. It was very clean. Large red headboard and neon pink lights in ceiling were not to my taste! We had room with lake view as requested but it had a large balcony shared by other rooms, so people could look into your bedroom window! Not very private.

Our third stay here. Just so love it for it’s total retro vibe. Danced Saturday night away at the near by amazing establishments. I think the entire population of Viverone went to dance school! Air con didn’t work in our room but who cares when there is so much else to love. Great freshly cooked omelette and squeezed Orange juice for breakfast. Thankyou..we will return .

Our small group was sent to stay here one night on our Via Francigena walk. I'm not sure what we did wrong that we must atone for! It was no pleasure staying here. Some attempt is being made to titivate the foyer, but it will take much more being spent down stairs. Upstairs has not been touched for decades, and it was never done tastefully. Likewise the bathroom is a cast back to the seventies or early eighties. More water from my shower hit the wall horizontally than reached me. And the breakfast was miserable too. Lunch at the hotel's La Palafitta ristorante opposite on the edge of the lake was a disaster too. Enough said. There must be better places to stay in Vivarone; if not, keep walking!
