First time staying here and we chose it as I wanted to stay somewhere close to PHX in order to take my Mother to the airport in the morning. I'm a platinum Bonvoy member and this looked like a fun place to stay and treat Mom. We checked in around 3pm and were upgraded from a 2 double room, limited view to a 2 double room, view and balcony. We loved the remodeled room and the view of the landscape and pools. In the evening we took the shuttle to the casino and enjoyed the ride and conversation with Reggie. We were his only occupants each way and he was very prompt and courteous. With Platinum status we were able to dine at the Ko'Sin restaurant for breakfast with a $30 credit for the two of us. The menu was varied and the food was delicious and we enjoyed dining outdoors. I wish we had longer to stay so that we could try out the pools and the hiking/interpretive trail (in the morning since the weather heats up quickly this time of year). Now that I know about this location I will make a point of coming back again with family or friends.

Loved the Sheraton, very welcoming staff, nice large room and bathroom, remodeled, balcony. Restaurant very good food, large portions. Figured out later we could split portions which was better. Pool was nice, warm and cold pools to choose. Pool service also good, everyone got a pitcher of cold water/cups. Very clean. Quiet location. Would be nice to have some music or entertainment in evening. We got a room quite far from elevator, so a lot of walking. I would recommend this resort and would surely come again if I was in Phoenix.

This was our first stay at the Sheraton Grand but it will not be our last. We visited Ko’Sin both mornings of our stay and staff were very kind. Wait was a little long but food made it worth it. We also enjoyed having a cafe that offered Starbucks items on property. The pools were large and we had plenty of room to feel distanced from other guests. My 5 year old loved the water slide. Poolside service was great and affordable compared to other resorts we have visited. Love the convenience of being able to eat lunch by the pool! Only issue we ran into was getting an extra pillow and blanket but once we contacted the front desk through the Bon Voy app, they helped us out promptly. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, regardless of their role (we met the nicest groundskeeper who gave us directions)! Recommend this location for a getaway.

The Sheraton Grand is an outstanding hotel. The staff is the best we have ever encountered. Everyone treats the guests like they are family. This is a property we come to over and over because of the excellent staff, beautifully kept grounds and great restaurants. Even during covid and a property renovation, the Sheraton always over performs to higher levels. Kudos to the staff and management for a job well done.

So disappointed in how this hotel has treated platinum members and guests in general. As a platinum member you should get upgraded rooms, your free breakfasts and other perks others are getting and we are watching our friends who are not platinum members get $100 credits per day, free breakfasts and better rooms with a view. Why pay to be a platinum member if you are going to be treated worse than other ‘typical’ guests. In addition, the hotel is outdated and it takes over an hour to get a drink at the pool. The spaghetti and meatballs they put fake American cheese on top as ‘specialty cheese’. Absolutely disgusting. Takes about 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive and there aren’t enough chairs for people around the pool.
