I feel very disappointed writing this review as we have Benin going to Niton barns since the very start so 7 years. The problem is that Neil no longer works for Niton barns and our understanding is that it's changed hand within the family owners. I will summarise the issues. 1. We always stayed in the hermitage, however 6 months... More

We are very sorry to receive this review and would like to respond to each of the points made: The management has changed hands recently and as a result, in your case, key information was not passed onto us. Hermitage is no longer available as a holiday let but Pepper Pot has always been our premium barn. We no longer... More

We booked this as a last minute for the weekend as our IOW glamping trip had to be cancelled because of high winds, and this was the only place left available at short notice that could hold 12. And we are all very glad the glamping got cancelled. We fell on our feet, we stayed in the Hoyes barn which... More

Finally got around to writing my review, following my lovely birthday celebration with my friends and family in May 2013. Accommodation absolutely first-class - we wanted for nothing and even the weather behaved for most of the week. We had friends to stay for the first few days, and then the family arrived to take their place. The bed changes... More

We booked to stay at Niton Barns in late September / early October. It actually took nearly 2 weeks to make the booking due to no one returning my calls despite numerous messages left. We stayed in the Worsley which is one of a number of converted farm buildings. The Worsley and Yarborough are sited separately from the other units... More

Niton Barns is in a super location and offers great accommodation but could have been so much better with a little attention to detail. Firstly the 4pm check-in time was quite specific but the owner didn't arrive and we let ourselves in. He did arrive later and after the briefest of welcomes promised to come back, but didn't see him... More

We have just returned from a weeks stay at The Haven, Puckwell Farm in Niton. The accommodation is excellent; clean, good lay-out with good size kitchen and dining area, 3 twin-bedded rooms (one on the ground floor and two upstairs). It also has 2 bathrooms (one downstairs with a shower room and one upstairs with bath) and is well furnished... More

Neil's (OWNER) communication and advise before we arrived was fantastic (as this was all a surprise I wanted to make it special) he advised of places to go on the nights out ect, he arranged cheaper ferry crossing tickets for us and even better he... We had a very enjoyable trip to the IOW. The barns are in a beautiful spot and getting around the island from there was straightforward. We stayed in the Worsley. It was as expected and very well equipped. We had a few teething problems on the first day but it was swiftly resolved in a friendly manor by the staff.... More

We stayed in The Haven for a week and returned today eager to share our feedback. Before we even got to the accommodation, communication was good and Neil had arranged our crossing along with the offer of providing some essentials should we require giving us confidence that the business was well run and reliable. We arrived and were shown to... More

Was lovely returning to Niton Barns again - our fourth visit (and certainly not the last). We stayed in St. Catherines again - a superb base for anyone visiting with a four legged friend. Cody was just 7 months when we discovered the joys of staying at Niton Barns - and I swear he knows the minute we board the... More
