We went with four couples and had the best time! The staff was exceptional. The beach cottages are perfect for a relaxing time and they are perfectly decorated. Very clean. We had a boat at a marina. It was a short golf cart ride over. We enjoyed seeing the turtles, that is a must! Spooner was our local guide and our captain Timmy enjoyed getting to know him as we did. Pink Sands Resort goes above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! 🏝️🚤🐚🐓🐢

We booked an ocean front room and have been trying to plan our activities for weeks. I’ve sent emails, left voicemails and I can’t get anyone to respond or acknowledge my requests. This level of service is disappointing and concerning at this point in our planning. Someone finally answered the phone this morning and they were rude and uninterested. They’re planning to send me the same email I received when I booked. At this price, there are plenty of better properties in the Bahamas.

Fantastic experience. The accommodations and staff were all wonderful. Special shout out to Andrea that works at the Blue Bar. We ate breakfast there everyday. She is wonderful and 100% customer service focused. Highly recommend this resort for the perfect, secluded beach holiday.

This is by far the gem of Harbour Island. My wife and I have visited this property a couple of times now and love it. The Team goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The beach is stunning and private and the perfect place to unwind. Real ( Bellman) and Andy ( Night Server) provided exceptional service and we will definitely look for them on our next visit.

STAFF. The staff is FANTASTIC. First, a shout out and thank you to Ro-Ro and Nikki at the front desk; Rel, the bellcap; as well as Andreas and Cameron at Blue Bar. As special thank you to Deandres who manages Blue Bar - you are awesome! Can't forget Ronnie and DJ the beach attendants who also did a great job. ROOM. We stayed at in the bungalow called Cole Point South and it was well-appointed, clean and had great AC (big points for that!). While advertised as ocean front, it's more "obstructed view ocean front unless you are standing in front of the landscaping." As of this review Poinciana North and South (#27 on the property map) are being constructed so the view from Cole Point South includes construction materials. Another point - when returning at night be careful walking down the 3 stairs from the sidewalk as they are poorly lit and not equal sized - not a big deal, just watch yourselves. Housekeeping is by request. They will bring 2 bottles of water per person per day to the room - more if you request. BEACH. Incredible. One of the best I have ever been on. The water is clear with light waves. The sand is soft, pink and clean. No shells, no debris or seaweed to speak of. It's some 3.5 miles or so long so you can have a great walk. Literally should be a top 10 beach in the world. FOOD. Decent. We were there to attend a wedding (which the resort did really well on) so two night were pre-planned. Lunch was really good. The conch salad was fresh and light. Cocktails were well made and they have a good assortment of beer, wine and liquor. TIP: Definitely recommend renting a golf cart. Ross Rentals was where the resort helped us rent one (get the luxury version) and it was nice, clean and comfortable. Overall, not cheap but an amazing location. Overall the resort could use some love (i.e. sprucing up here and there). Staff is fabulous. The island itself is pretty relaxed and not a lot going on. For instance, don't go there and expect to do much in the way of shopping. It's a beautiful place and I will definitely be going back. …

Pink Sands Beach Resort is a Gem! It is the best resort on the Island ! The people working there make it the best! They all could not be nicer or more accommodating!!!! Truly felt like our every need was met by the remarkable staff at the Pink Sands! Cameron at The Blue Bar was the best! He’d always take care of us with our drinks and great food delivered beach side, cabana side or table side! He did it all!!!! And had a huge smile the whole time!!! See you again next year!

Pink Sands was a perfect spot for our 22nd wedding anniversary. Our bungalow, Long Cay was just steps from the shore. A short walk over the sand dune and we were greeted by the pinks sands that we were so eager to see. A few more steps and we found ourselves at the Blue Bar which we visited all 4 days of our stay. The bartender Cameron ended up being one of the best parts of the trip. Not only did he take care of our drinks and food but he was able to get us booked in a couple of the local restaurants... The Rockhouse and The Landing which ended up being the 2 best resturants that we were able to get in. Everyone was very friendly and we had a great time.

But doesn’t live up to it for the price. I laugh at the reviews that say service was great. I have to wonder what’s going on with those…. Let’s just say we requested to speak to Kym at one point and that was ignored. That was pretty much the service all week. After submitting the feedback form to the hotel after the stay, I expected to hear back. And I held onto this review hoping I would. But alas, nothing. Again, service was always lacking for this price level. But they do have the most spectacular views on the island. Sadly they are underutilized.

Wonderful experience! The staff were all welcoming, pleasant and would go out of their way to make you comfortable. The cottages were gorgeous, grounds well manicured, and the setting was idyllic. The beach views were simply breathtaking. The food was always fresh, well-prepared, well-presented and excellent. The food preparation rivaled what we have experienced at fine resorts around the world. Beyond that, the service was off the charts. Everyone remembered your name, spent time chatting, and went out of their way to make sure you were happy. The setting is very peaceful, laid back and easy. If you are looking to relax, unplug and unwind, this is the place! The beaches are wide, with very few people so it feels very private and serene. The water was the cleanest we had ever seen, with hands down, the softest sand we had ever felt anywhere in the world. Although you can feel as secluded as you want, the town is a few blocks away. We wandered the streets soaking in the local culture and just like at the resort, the people were kind, helpful and we always felt safe. It was a pleasure to meet the local residents and feel safe and welcome wherever we went.
