This place is beautiful, and very peaceful. The staff is lovely. However the owner is horribly racist. She has a very bad reputation within the town, and it’s deserved. My family is Bajan so I had family members come and visit with me. Well she...More
Super room with generous balcony. Nicely equipped kitchenette and an enormous, comfortable bed.
Breakfast is lovely (always try the ‘Daily Surprise’!). We only had one dinner and this was good quality albeit a little expensive.
The staff are very friendly and always keen to help...More

We loved or stay at Sea-U guesthouse. It's on the East side of the island which is a bit remote, but fantastic if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and connect with nature. The accommodations were perfect. Very well kept, clean...More

This is my second trip to Sea-U and I'd highly recommend it. Wonderful staff, really breathtaking views, a good Bajan breakfast and, all in all, a fantastic place to relax and chill out. A short walk to some of the best coastline in the Caribbean....More

I honestly can't answer whether there is as in the apartment we were in the cooking facilities were minimal. If you ask the owners they will do you sandwiches and their breakfast are lovely they as also do dinners as well. There is a hotel walking distance that does food too which is good but like everywhere in Barbados food is expensive. Also a walk down the hill is a small bar near the sea that does food again beautiful and not too expensive I don't actually remember seeing a shop.
As for beaches yes there are but they are rocky the ones we saw I know further along they did surfing but we didn't go in or surf as 1we are not surfers and 2 it did look very rough.
We stayed around st lawrence gap and apparently the south of the Island is where all the surfers go it is a surfers paradise we were told. You can hire a car and drive there quite easily from Bathesheba and it is worth seeing Bathsheba as it is beautiful. Enjoy.
