I really like the food. I had the chicken and it was really good and tasty. Friends had the lamb and they said it was the best they ever had. The service was friendly and patient, even with a big group like us. You should try the different type of beer , they are really good.

Pearl barley fresh green vegetable risotto followed by clootie dumpling, drambuie custard and ice cream. Heaven. Best meal of the holiday so far. The place was empty as we ate early, hopefully it is busier at night as the surroundings and welcome were wonderful. Came across the place by chance as we explored Moidart. DO NOT MISS MOIDART! It's spectacular.

Stopped for an evening meal as we travelled around this part of the west coat. The Inn has been recently refurbished and the meal was outstanding. The menu draws on local produce and is cooked and presented beautifully. A true gem of a restaurant and I only wish other venues on the west coast could match it.

We stayed here a few months back and were very disappointed. We had called in for lunch a couple of times and as it was good we decided to take a wee break and stay overnight. Should have stuck to lunch. I decided to have the root vegetable curry - not a root vegetable in sight! The only vegetable in... More

My husband and I and our two Springers stayed here for six nights. The whole place was very dog friendly. The flooring in the rooms was parquet so there were no carpets to worry about when the dogs were not quite as clean as they could be! Each room had an outside door which made early morning toileting easy. The... More

We stopped here on our last night on the way back from some beach time at Morar. Really I was just being nostalgic as my granny used to ride there on a horse from their house at Kinlochmoidart before the road was opened, for ceilidhs on nights out! As it was a Friday evening my husband went in to check... More

We stayed here for one night on our road trip. The hotel is situated in a stunning location and seems to be popular with canoeists and cyclists. It's only 8 miles from the main road between Fort William and Mallaig but feels like you are a million miles away. The food is spectacular and I would highly recommend the lobster... More

We had a meal here at the beginning of August 2016. Orders for food are taken at the bar and selected from the boards. There the resemblance to a pub meal ends. Fantastic seafood and selections from the Inn's own smokehouse at prices that represent good value for the excellent quality. Stunning location and uncluttered interior. Well worth the drive... 13 of us stayed for about one week, and the proprietors / staff were incredible. The food is top-notch, particularly (in my opinion) the cullen skink and lamb. Beer & cider selection isn't large, but they're quite good, so no worries there at all. Most certainly recommended in this amazing area!

Stopped off here for dinner after a hefty day’s walking around Tioram Castle as it looked nice and we were tired and very hungry. Such slim criteria can lead to holiday disaster, but we could not have been more pleased with the service and the food and the wine. The décor is a bit minimalist and stark, but that is... More
