Staff were brilliant and room was clean, however needs a refurbishment and sleep was interrupted as could hear snoring and other guests every movement. Beautiful view if room over lookin the Loch which ours wasn't so no view to be had. Missed breakfast as was too tired. Lovely setting busy place just needs a bit of Gordon ramsay tweaking. And... Ticked a site off the bucket list! And it did not disappoint, the view from the Beastro looking on to the Loch was beautiful (although there wasn't a cloud in the sky and it was 24 degrees, what not to like?). The food was lovely and well priced. Great day out.

Stay one night in this amazing hotel. The view is to die for, book a Loch view room well worth it. We sat sipping champagne and nibbling on cheese which watching the Loch change colors in the afternoon sun. The dining room has a great view over the Loch, food was excellent and the service spot on.

The Loch Ness Clansman Hotel is a great location for getting on the boat/cruise to tour Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle ... It is physically across the street from the hotel, therefore easily accessible for the traveler that wants to get in and get out for a very quick stay/visit. *I would suggest arriving during daylight hours and as of... First let me get to the good points about the Clansman Hotel - the view of Lock Ness is wonderful (we had a room with a Loch view), the staff was friendly, especially the young man at the front desk, the restaurant was excellent (also with Loch views) and it was convenient to Inverness and other major attractions. Okay, the... More

I hate leaving a bad review for anything but this room really was terrible and I would never want to stay here again. Stayed for one night, the staff were friendly but the room was like stepping back in time. Tiny room and ensuite. Room was not clean, mattress lumpy, lots of problems with the room especially missing light bulbs,... More

We did not stay at the hotel, but had dinner there after our Loch Ness cruise and it was excellent. We set by the window looking over the loch on a beautiful sunny day and it was great. The food was exceptional. I loved my venison casserole. My husband's risotto with salmon was excellent also. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night in one of their standard rooms. Obviously a popular tourist stop as the car park was flooded with tourists and coaches (which is to be expected given its proximity to Loch Ness). About 6 miles out of the 'loch ness' town centre. Gift shop is large and well stocked with a nice coffee shop attached. Check in... More
