We stayed overnight at the Dairy Cottage and found it wonderful. Very comfortable, with excellent facilities, a lovely rural outlook and with very generous afternoon tea and breakfast offerings in the cottage. It was also excellent value.

If it's privacy and relaxation you want then this is the place for you. Tom and Lorraine will greet you with a smile then leave you to enjoy your stay in their fully self contained freestanding cottages. You'll find enough food in the fridge to feed an army, and even some lovely fresh home baking. The cottages are charmingly decorated... More

Fabulous compact modernised with retro furniture cottage with every facility you can think of. Cosy and comfortable. 2 TVs ,home made slice and cookies, even port for after dinner. Kangaroos and two cute Shetland ponies out the back. . Great place not far out of Grafton. Wish I'd "borrowed" some farm fresh eggs !!

We loved this place! So peaceful and relaxing. We stayed with our two daughters, aged 1&5yrs. They loved feeding the ponies and watching the Roos in the paddock adjacent to the cottage. So superior to a motel and nice to have so much space for just a night. The breakfast options left for us are generous and would suit almost... More

Just perfect in every way. Faultless. It has the largest claw foot bath and bathroom you could wish for. And farm eggs in the fridge. And kangaroos in the paddock outside. Smokers have 2 verandahs to choose from (screened from the mozzies) and the period nic nacks throughout are a treat. Just perfect and only a 5 minutes drive to... More

I drive past these cottages regularily on business trips, but whilst returning home from a Qld Xmas holiday i needed a half way stop over on my way home to Sydney. First time travelling with a very active Kelpie, fnding an accomodating property that would accept dogs was not going to be easy! I hit the jackpot at Belvoir. We stayed... More

This was our second short stay at Ivy Cottage and once again it was a pure delight to visit. Lorraine and Tom have set up the cottage beautifully. It's very comfortable, tastefully furnished and very well equipped for the self caterer, such as us. We're big breakfast people, so really appreciated the variety and generosity of the breakfast provisions, together... More

I have now stayed at Belvoir B&B (Ivy Cottage) twice in 2012. This is the two bedroom cottage and is an old cottage restored and extended. It has a large bathroom with central bath/shower, small but comfortable lounge, kitchen and dining areas. Breakfast provisions are provided for you to prepare and the choice is more than ample. Unlike some B&B's,... More

This place was an absolute gem. Authentic, fully restored for the period, workers cottage from the 1800's. We stayed in the "Ivy Cottage". We absolutely loved our stay here. It reminded me of my grandmother's home when I was a child. Fantastic breakfast provided for you to cook. Only negative was that Centenary Drive is used by many locals as... More

We love the experience of a B&B that's a bit different- a world away from cookie cutter motel rooms who charge the same price! Belvoir B&B have 2 cottages available. We stayed in the Old Dairy Cottage. The cottage was immaculately clean, large and the breakfast provisions were generous and yummy. The proprietor Lorraine was friendly but left us alone... More
