Very disappointed in this hotel. We had approached it with an open mind, not expecting a highly graded hotel in this area of the highlands, but we found it out dated and very over priced. When we walked in the door we noticed the damp, musty, un-lived in smell. The decor was shabby and unwelcoming and the owner seemed very...

This is an ideal hotel for walkers/climbers...... its comfortable & warm,Very friendly staff & Richard (the owner) is very knowledgeable & helpful. We stayed with a large walking party of 30 adults, we were extremely well looked after, the food was absolutely excellent, very generous portions & a fabulous choice of menu each evening. The food was piping hot, freshly cooked...

This place has seen better days. What was probably once a rather genteel sporting hotel catering for stalking and fishing types, has now decayed to a rather confused geriatric road-house. The bar looks like a 1970's set for a Glasgow comedy complete with pool table taking pride of place front of house. The restaurant felt like the dinning room of...

Fantastically friendly staff who can't do enough to help. Loan maps, waterproofs or just give advice to walkers, fishing people or general tourists. The bar food is generous, as is breakfast. Location quiet, no TV (great as you get bar banter) and rooms comfortable.

Stayed over at the Inchnadamph Hotel on a stage of our hike. The hotel is lovely and ideal for what we needed. The owner Richard was really lovely guy and very helpful. The dinner was fantastic, really fresh and tasty. My friend had the nut loaf which I normally would not bother about but was really jealous as tasted amazing....

Despite buying drinks and meals for 5 adults, the less than helpful staff also then informed us that the "wi-fi" is for 'Residents' only! Considering the area is not exactly teeming with other options for meals or drinks. It would appear the monopoly position that the "Inchy" holds, is being exploited to it's fullest extent and don't get me started...

Touring in the area I turned up at the Inchnadamph Hotel without a booking and was offered an excellent room. Throughout my 5 night stay I found the staff very friendly and kind , my room was always cleaned spotlessly and there was a good atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Breakfast was substantial and the five different evening meals I enjoyed...

I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. There was a very good real local ale on tap, and when I mentioned I was walking, the up to date local SMW forecast was handed over. The bar food was very good, salmon cooked to perfection with lovely salad and vegetables. Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit,...

Warm, dry and clean room with stunning views (if the mist clears)... Great hot bath after a day outdoors. Very substantial meals and good beer in front of a log fire. A chance to chat to fellow guests rather than stare at the TV! Really helpful hosts who couldn't have done more for us.
