I stayed in this Unit because I am the owner! ** it is important to note that all of these units are individually owned and they are NOT the same!! We take a lot of care to be sure that our unit @ 6472 is gives you the best experience possible. It is the most beautiful studio in Bayside at...

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was very nervous but we must have had one of the renovated rooms! Our first floor room had a great view with mini fridge, sink, microwave, and a keurig. Nice dresser/night stands, the bathroom had baskets for storage, really updated! The unfortunate parts: Sunset Bay Cafe was closed for renovations and the...

Location is great but the room was subpar. The carpet was dated and not too clean. The bed linens did not smell clean. The chair for the desk was something from the 70s and was very uncomfortable. The room was in need of an update. I have stayed in nicer Motel 6s. Food was very good and that was the...

This is a great place to stay. I booked a hot deal winter break room thru their website for $79 per night. This is not located on the gulf shore like the picture shows. This is on the bay side and the view of the balcony was the gulf course which is pretty and well maintained. Quiet floors. This is...

We came down from South Alabama for a one night anniversary getaway. We stayed at Bayside and expected a painless little vacation. Please do your research and make sure you know exactly what building and room you're getting into. This is all part of a huge resort with multiple resorts within itself. The building we stayed at called Bayside was...

If you are looking to relax on a balcony, this probably is not the place to stay. We luckily did not stay a long period of time in our room. I killed 2 roaches, the place is dated, the exhaust fan sounded like a jet was flying overhead!

This facility is part of a much larger resort with many options for hotels that have to be better than Bayside. The building for check-in was modern and appeared clean. Our journey through the maze of roads to our hotel room was confusing, but after a couple of days we learned how to get around in this large resort. The...

room was ok, very confusing in terms of finding it within this huge resort and the staff were not terribly helpful - - things should be clearer in terms of directions - the gate personnel sent me to the WRONG part of the resort in spite of my showing them my reservation. The Bayfront room was clearly old, could use...

This hotel definitely needs renovations. Our room was ok but bathtub drain barely worked and stains on carpet. They don't do maid service which was unbelievable. Great resort overall- especially if u stay somewhere else in resort- but they are definitely cheap. Could have better pools and updates. The village is fun but definitely overpriced. The beach is very nice...
