If you like food that is reheated several times this is the place for you. Also the furniture is old in some rooms, if you what to avoid food poison then you need to also avoid this place. And keep in mind where you are (Serbia). If you have a problem you are on your own.

Just returned from a great holiday family (3 children) vacation. The rooms are very big and comfortable, also quite clean. We didn't use the kitchen, because village restaurant was surprisingly good. For the breakfast we had a great choice of domestic dairy, pastry and meat products, and for dinner fantastic domestic meals. The food is strong, and this is great for skiing, but maybe they should consider some lighter options also. The location is not near the ski centre, but is easily accessable by car, skibus or hotel shuttle. We can highly recommend it to families or small and large group of friends, because of the great atmosphere.

We were a group of almost 30 people who paid the accomodation with 2 meals fro 30thDecember until 3rd January. At arrival, we found out a problem with the food but nobody cared thinking that regardless of what happened previously of our arrival, tould be an isolated case. But it happened on 31/12 some of us started to feel bad, to have diarrhea, to vomit and have fever. On the 1st of January I felt so bad, so many stomach pain so I was taken to the Trauma center in the ski center. There I got medical perfusion however for the next one week I was not able to eat only drink liquids. Until end of 1st day of thr year, almost everybody of us got very sick. We asked for help and but they said cannot do anything as they have no problems. Even if all those people complained bad health conditions who went into their restaurant. We decided to go home earlier with a day, despite of our very bad conditions and helpless situation, the management refused to pay us back the money for accomodation, only for the meals for the last day. I sent them feedback on facebook as well complaining their "hospitality" and "empathy".However, I got as reply from them they claim the accomodation and the meals they paid back to us, that definitevely IS NOT TRUE. All our group got a paper signed on that says ONLY the meals was refunded to us. They didnt look to care for us only for the money. The rooms and bathrooms were HORIBLE and the cleaning and hygiene are DEFINITELY horibble.

I spent a mini vacation with my husband and son in an apartment in JollyKop. I have only nice things to say. The apartment was big, clean, warm, and had a fabulous view. The kitchen was well equipped and wi-fi was adequate (although not great). Breakfast was excellent, everything was really tasty. The shuttle to the slopes was very useful. I really can't (and don't wish to) find anything to complain about. My family loved the experience, it was a great escape from everyday life.
