The hotel is comfortable enough but suffers from location. There is a shuttle bus that runs up to the lifts but it's only operates for 2 hours in the afternoons and a taxi is quite expensive.
Reception staff were pleasant but not very skilled - our passports were left in full view on an unattended desk for over an hour. Staff did not seem to understand that whilst they had security cameras this wouldn't necessarily solve the issue of a lost passport.

10 friends, 5 rooms {apartments - all different - all nice and spacious - room no. 103 for example could host 4-5 people comfortably, using the extensible coach and bed in the living-room}, 3 days, lots of snow, fresh air, tasty food, good and cheap Jelen beer, English speaking friendly & professional staff, skiing on nice slopes. The price of the room wasn't low, but it is skiing season and includes buffet breakfast and dinner, access to the sauna, gym, jacuzzi.
PROs: On our departure day, leaving very early, before breakfast started, they've prepared us some take-away packs, with fruits and sandwich. The cars in the parking area, next to the hotel, on the road, were cleaned the days when it was snowing. In one of the evenings in the bar, they've served us on the house a slibovitza shots. The shuttle which runs from the hotel to the the skiing slopes is punctual. There is a small shop 50m from the hotel, where you can get extra things.
ATTENTION: don't forget to turn on the heater on time - water boiler - in the bathroom to be able to take a hot shower.
CONTRAs: kitchen in the apartment is missing some details{knife, spoons, forks, etc...} we didn't need them so we didn't ask for, but I'm sure there are available on demand.

We spent one of our best ski trips at Zoned. We stayed in a studio, which was small, but well equipped. The morning and evening meals were very tasty and abundant. The staff was very helpful.
The only disadvantage of Zoned was its location, because you had to travel a few kilometers to the ski resort. Here too the staff was extremely helpful and organized transfers for us whenever they could do it.

First of all, I want to state that the hotel and the staff were all nice. They were helping us with everything, and they were very welcoming. However, an incident made our overall stay very unpleasant, which is why we give such a review. The hotel cooperates and promotes a taxi provider called KOP TAXI. We are warning everyone who would use their service and we want to show the hotel that cooperating with inadequate services will only result in their customers' overall lousy experience. We needed to go to Raška from Kopaonik, and the staff called the taxi company a day before to ask how much would be the cost. It should have been around 2000 dinars, they said. The next day when we needed to go, the TAXI came. The car was in poor condition, the driver went to Zlatibor bus station at first instead of Raška. We almost crashed twice, and suddenly in the middle of the way to Raška we checked the tachometer and see that price is already above 2000. We ask the driver but since he doesn't speak English, he says it will be tachometer price and doesn't care that it should be around 2000 for the whole way. Obvious scam, so we call the reception back to call the manager of the taxi. He then calls back the driver, and they discuss the price to finally set up how much will they scam us. The driver then says it will be 3000 dinars to Raška (because the price was already above 2,600 during the call) with an excuse and rate 100 dinars per km to make his numbers work and stops the tachometer. What a professional ride. For your info, the maximum rate in every city in Serbia is 70. We were scammed for 1000, and if we didn't call, it would be even more. Don't ever use KOP TAXI and hotel Zoned consider very well with whom you are working. Don't ever expect tourists in general if the only things you will do for us is scamming us. 😡🤬

I rented apartment in this hotel which is privately owned (it is quite often at Kopaonik that apartmnents are owned and rented privately). Apartment was ok, but hotel stuff acted like I'm intruder, without any reason. I didn't expect anything special, just usual politeness. Also price for the pool was very high like for persons outside the hotel, I didn't expect it free, but expected some discount for family and apartments inside the hotel.

We stayed in the apartment that was part of the hotel, maybe that’s why the two girls at the reception were not very friendly towards us… even by checkout they were not even looking at me. Just asked for the room number and said “that’s it, bye” without a smile or anything. We really felt uncomfortable asking them any questions. That’s why only one star …
But the cleaning staff was very friendly and nice.
The hotel was ok, few min away from the Kopaonik center by bus.

Really bad experience. First, we were accommodated in an apartment surrounded by walls, a meter from the window. After us, she was kind, and that's the only plus, the owner of the VIP apartment moved us to another apartment on 2 levels. There was daylight, but the toilet smelled so bad it was unbearable. The kitchen is very small and unusable. There was noise for 2 nights, partying, shouting and loud music. Bad breakfast. We will not visit again.

I only spent one night in this hotel, but that was enough. Originally I was given a room on the 4th floor. This had a steeply sloping roof in the bedroom and bathroom and was dangerous. You would have hit your head when using the toilet or the shower and getting in and out of bed. The bedroom and bathroom was separated by a living area with a square coffee table right in the traffic line between these two rooms. As far as I am aware it was only our small group that was in the hotel, but they gave me this terrible room. I went down to reception and complained and then got room 209 which was much better as it did not have the sloping roof. There was a strange arrangement of furniture with again a sharp edged coffee table right where you would walk to get from the bed to the bathroom. After some furniture rearrangement I was reasonably sure I would not fall over anything in the middle of the night. The room had a kitchenette which I didn't use. There was a heater in the bathroom which helped with drying laundry and plenty of room for toiletries. There was good wifi reception in the room.

The food could only be described as disgusting. As a vegetarian, the staff said the only thing they could give me were fish sticks and frozen diced vegetables. I declined and went hungry. The other members were given what looked like badly cooked KFC. Breakfast was not much better. It was full of meat dishes. I had some fruit.

I asked about the spa, but it was closed and i was not allowed to even look at it.

The hotel was hard to find and our Serbian guide had to ring numerous times to try and find it. My recommendation - don't bother!

This hotel is highly recommended by me and it doesn't matter much what age are you...
Rooms are large enough, bathroom as well... Spa center was not overcrowded although hotel was completely full. We enjoyed jacuzzi and massage every day of our stay....
The stuff is very polite and helpful. In front of the hotel there is enough space for parking, so no problem with that either.... The hotel has free WiFi and the playroom for kids...
And what we liked the most is the food! Breakfasts and dinners were surprisingly tasteful and there is so much different things to try...
Overall very nice hotel in the mountains, and I can hardly wait the next winter and snow to go again!

Had a great time at Zoned. Only 5 minutes drive form ski center and ski lifts but no worry hotel mini bus is driving you free of charge form 9am to 12am and from 15pm to 17pm. Also you have free ski depot only 50m form the ski lift. Excellent food for both breakfast an dinner with focus on local cuisine. Good spa facilities, we used them every day. Rooms spacious and clean, free WiFi, and sat TV. Friendly and helpful staff. Will go there again!
