We stayed in the apartment that was part of the hotel, maybe that’s why the two girls at the reception were not very friendly towards us… even by checkout they were not even looking at me. Just asked for the room number and said “that’s it, bye” without a smile or anything. We really felt uncomfortable asking them any questions. That’s why only one star … But the cleaning staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was ok, few min away from the Kopaonik center by bus.

First of all, I want to state that the hotel and the staff were all nice. They were helping us with everything, and they were very welcoming. However, an incident made our overall stay very unpleasant, which is why we give such a review. The hotel cooperates and promotes a taxi provider called KOP TAXI. We are warning everyone who would use their service and we want to show the hotel that cooperating with inadequate services will only result in their customers' overall lousy experience. We needed to go to Raška from Kopaonik, and the staff called the taxi company a day before to ask how much would be the cost. It should have been around 2000 dinars, they said. The next day when we needed to go, the TAXI came. The car was in poor condition, the driver went to Zlatibor bus station at first instead of Raška. We almost crashed twice, and suddenly in the middle of the way to Raška we checked the tachometer and see that price is already above 2000. We ask the driver but since he doesn't speak English, he says it will be tachometer price and doesn't care that it should be around 2000 for the whole way. Obvious scam, so we call the reception back to call the manager of the taxi. He then calls back the driver, and they discuss the price to finally set up how much will they scam us. The driver then says it will be 3000 dinars to Raška (because the price was already above 2,600 during the call) with an excuse and rate 100 dinars per km to make his numbers work and stops the tachometer. What a professional ride. For your info, the maximum rate in every city in Serbia is 70. We were scammed for 1000, and if we didn't call, it would be even more. Don't ever use KOP TAXI and hotel Zoned consider very well with whom you are working. Don't ever expect tourists in general if the only things you will do for us is scamming us. 😡🤬…

It was for us 8th time to visit Kopaonik, but the first time to stay in this hotel. To be brief: good food, friendly staff, but the room (we payed for apartment) we got was definitely not what is at the hotel website. Old furniture, smell in the bathroom, very small. They changed it next day for a bigger one, but also with old furniture. We tried to ask for a discount, but manager in the reception was near to be rude. Finally, it should be a "spa hotel", but level of spa centre is poor. There are better hotels for similar price.

First of all let me say that the staff there is extremely nice and helpful !!! They helped us through all the hardships, and where extremely kind and nice !!! They actually cared, which is rare nowdays !!! The hotel though is another story !!! It was quite average !!! The rooms were poorly furnished, the lights bad, the common dining room extremely depressive !!! The food even more so !!! We booked two room, one regular and one deluxe. The deluxe was smaller than the regular one !!! The heating broke down twice and they usually forgot to clean up the room !!! We had to go to the reception to remind them !!! The TV was not working for two days !! The satellite card was missing !!! All in all the infrastructure was average and the kitchen food similar !!!! The staff with their kindness and willingness to help actually made things much nicer !!! Great people !!!…

I can recommend this hotel if you like to listen to music from someone’s party all the night. Living two floors above the restaurant I could hear it as if DJ was staying next to my bed. There were no people on reception and I went straight to the heart of the party, but waiters (workers of the hotel) didn’t let me in and said that the only my option is to complain to the reception in the morning 🤷🏻♀️ Nobody slept that night of course

Nice hotel, very nice room, amazing spa facility (for a small extra charge), parking and nice breakfast. Location and view is breathtaking. We stayed there in May, but can tell their best would be during sky season.

I spent few days in Hotel Zoned with my family and aside location which we didn't like, everything else was great. Hotel is located in area with lots of hotels and weekend houses but it is still 5km away from ski center with not good connectivity to it. One option is car but finding parking in ski center is extrenely difficult and alternatives are ski bus and taxi. Buses unfortunately drive only during ski hours and they are full during last hour. Taxies are not too expensive so it may be good option. Hotel itself is very nice, has parking in front which is free of charge, very clean and under good care from their personnel. SPA is fairly good and again number of people in under control of personnel. Special praise for food as variety and quality is on high level and personnel which is always approchable and at best possible service. We would probably come again but in less busy period of ski center when it would be easier to reach it. …

Good hotel to choose if u go to Kopaonik. About 4 km away from the main ski resort but you can take the skibuss, unless you want to drive your own car for 10 minutes. Very good price/quality ratio. The have a small SPA and a gym. Good food, and nice restaurant.

I have spent 6 days in studio, half board in this hotel. Studio have enough space for 2 adults and 1 children, everything is clean and nice. Food is delicious and various, spa and gym are great! Staff is great, best regards to Sasa! All recommendations for this hotel if you are staying at Kopaonik.

Stayed one night in an apartment. The apartment was a bit run down and need of some tic. Toilet seat was broken, bedside lampshade melted, no kettle just base etc. But the man who served us dinner and breakfast and was on reception when we arrived was fabulous. So helpful and friendly. Food was also excellent and ended up buying wine to take home as it was so good. We had a good one night stay here
