We left this morning after 4 days at this resort, we came by boat from Pompano Beach and stayed on the boat. My only suggestion was to staff the Hilton vessel clearance office better, we tried to deliver our exit forms the day Before as we were told that is ok, we tried at 10am, 11 am, 12 and 1. (We were told cabs are not honest) So with customs locked and no one answered our knock we rented an $80 golf cart to drive to big game resort where the main office is. I am leaving this review because DOCKWA asked me to write one this morning, I did, put the same suggestion and to my amazement on the journey home they responded and said they were working on that office having extended hours, super impressed with the response and quickly, Resort world is lucky to have that employee . Resort world Bimini was just amazing the Tides we ate at all 4 nights, staff is amazing food was so good, shout out to those who made our dining experience so wonderful, Justin,Kendrick,Laya, Owen, Anfernee. And docking so amazing because of Nickwan very attentive and asked us every day how our stay was going. I don’t know the boys name that washed down the Yacht, but awesome job.The resort is massive, nice casino, great beach, awesome roof deck pool and view. I am not sure we will be happy with any other marina/resort. If you are boating from Florida it’s extremely easy. 52 miles for us, we waited for under 3 foot waves for over and back and we’re fine. Both days wave period was 4-6. Very easy entry, anyone will be fine , well marked and dredged, from what I saw did not go under 9 feet for depth. See you in November !

A group of us decided to venture to Bimini for the weekend from South Florida to celebrate a few birthdays. This was my first time taking the Baleria Ferry round trip due to the size of the group. On previous trips to Bimini I took either the Tropic Air seaplane or the Silver Airways (my preference). Overall we had a great time and customer service at the resort was great. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and the newly opened Beach Club. The group loved the trip so much and due to the proximity to S. FL have already decided to return for the Beach Club Grand opening in June.

I visited Bimini w/a large group of friends to celebrate a few of our birthdays in April. We ended up taking the Balearia ferry both ways and staying at the Resorts World Hilton. From beginning to end our group had a GREAT time! The room sizes are spacious, the hotel is clean and well-kept, and the oasis beach is just AMAZING! It was really convenient to have bars and restaurants throughout the resort, and the best part was all the events planned out by Resorts World throughout the weekend. Everyone we met was so helpful and friendly as well. Before we left on Sunday our group was already planning our next trip back! Can’t wait to see you again Resorts World!

My friends and I booked the weekend package, which included the round trip Ferry ticket from Ft Lauderdale (Port Everglades) to Bimini. Getting to the port and leaving the port was very confusing for our drivers and for us and it was very difficult to get an Uber to pick us up from there and when going we had two drivers cancel on us. It was only a 10 minute drive from where we parked. The ferry itself was clean and the staff were very nice. To get from the ferry to the hotel there’s a little trolly, which was free. Once we arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was smooth. They were very organized. Please note that if you’re a Hilton honors member and book the package deal, the points and perks don’t apply. The room was very clean as well as the common areas (pool, lobby, beach, etc.). They had a Live DJ to entertain the guests and had different events. I only ate at the sushi bar. The food was good. I also had food from their onsite food truck and 24hr little onsite little convenience store. The only thing is that food and drinks at the resort can get pretty pricey, because of the added VAT and tax. We ate a lot offsite at several local spots and went to the public beach offsite as well. It’s very easy to get around Bimini, because you use a Golf Cart, which is recommended for your weekend stay. A four seater is about $90/ a day. Almost everyone rents one and a lot of the locals use them too. It’s a very small island, so everyone knows each other and we’re very nice and we felt safe. We were 3 women traveling together and although we felt safe, we were still very vigilant and aware of our surroundings. We’ll definitely be back. I gave 4 stars, because there’s always room for improvement.
