We traveled in January and we found out that this is not the time of year to visit if you are expecting heat. Obviously this is no fault of the hotel, so with that being said, it was our own mistake. It seemed like there was only one restaurant open that you were able to go to, the oriental restaurant...

Like many others, we expected a nice big all-inclusive hotel but found that only 1 restaurant was open, no kids activities/ pool, and terrible customer service. To top it off, the room was so humid from the hurricane that both my daughters got sick and were coughing all night. Overall: Expensive for the quality.

We had a short stay at Lighthouse Pointe but had a very nice time. The beach was beautiful and the water very inviting. It was chilly due to a cold front so we just wet our feet. The pool was cold too and no one was swimming. The infinity pool was perfectly placed and I would like to return in...

I traveled with a group of six women. We had stayed here last year and totally enjoyed our stay and decided to return. What they don't tell you on their web site is that their adjoining hotel which contained the restaurants for the all inclusive package was damaged in the hurricane this year and is now closed. The only casino...

Had a great stay for Christmas with my husband. Great location and very relaxing. It was a bit sad the hotel was partially closed down for renovations from hurricane Matthew. Loved the market Place and the entertainment.

We were so excited to come to Grand Lucayan to celebrate. My sister in law's mother was 85 and I had just beat late stage cancer. We chose the resort because it was across from the casino (the only reason we chose the resort because one person was in a wheelchair) and because the restaurants were wonderful the last time...

This place is gorgeous. You won't be disappointed. The food is amazing at all of the restaurants and the staff is great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beach is beautiful just like the sea. This all inclusive resort has everything for everyone. I will definitely return one day.

We stayed for six nights in the Lighthouse Pointe on the all-inclusive package at the end of February. We had read a number of poor reviews, so our expectations were mixed on arrival. Happily, our expectations were exceeded in most respects. As we've found in our past travels, a vacation can only be as good as you allow it to...
