Just got back from 6 nights at the Island Seas Resort. Firstly, need to say it was not their fault that I was moved to this resort when I should have been staying at the Grand Lucycan. After saying that, the staff at ISR did their best to make everyone feel comfortable...the problem is that this is a timeshare condo...

I was promised a better hotel but unfortunately I was given a bad one. The location was good since the beach was right there and the food (when we finally received it) was good but HELLA FREAKIN SLOW IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!! Every single person I spoke with complained about this hotel. The waitresses and bartenders all looked like they had...

I was nervous about staying here after reading many bad reviews. Upon arrival at least three staff members tried WAY too hard to sell us on timeshares. It was very annoying as all I wanted to do was check in, eat and get to the beach. A very lovely server (Ramona) was so kind and brought our food and drinks...

The room was a two bedroom condo. Very spacious and clean. I was on second floor on the marina side of the resort. The room had a fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer, dishes, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Did i mention very spacious. I paid less than $90 a night. This is definitely my place of choice when I go...

We booked our trip to Island Seas in September 2016. In October Hurricane Matthew hit the island and did a lot of damage to the resort. They were closed for three months, reopening around Christmas. We visited in mid-February. I'm glad that they're back in business, but visitors should be aware that there's still a lot of devastation on Grand...

Took an awesome trip to the resort during the summer months, and I have to say we had an amazing time. There was live entertainment, full bar and pool, and the hotel is just off the marina and beach, lots of stuff to do, massages, water sports etc. The bartender was very friendly and seemed excited to inform us on...

**Do not stay here ** WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! We arrived to the resort around 1pm. Lady says check in is 4 pm. So we hang around the resort to get piss poor customer service from the waitress who made sure we knew she was getting off at 2pm. TERRIBLE Attitude. The Bartender was AMAZING. Very friendly upbeat just a...

Needs some updating in the rooms. Very clean rooms. Resort a little shabby post October hurricane. Cleanup and repairs still being done throughout the resort. Food is mediocre at best most days and expensive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is freezing cold as it is not heated. Beach is okay but there are nicer beaches on the island...

The right hand has no clue what the left hand is saying let alone doing. There was no shuttle to the resort from the ferry dock as promised. The shuttle is only on certain days at certain times Broken promise #1. Upon arrival the doorman was very friendly, but not helpful. We struggled getting all our luggage and equipment in...

Our First time visiting Freeport. This resort is older and shows it's age. Giving it a three star rating is being over generous. Arrival and check in was fine and went smoothly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. In fact, almost throughout the entire stay we never met any staff that were not friendly and helpful. The problem is...
