how easy is it to get to the closest beach (taino beach)?
From our hotel you can go by ferry which leaves hourly and takes about 7 minutes. You can also take a taxi which is less than 10 minutes driving..

You will enjoy your time! Yes, U.S. currency is excepted. There is an on site restaurant and Bar. There are countless restaurants and bars within walking distance. Some don't serve dinner before 5pm. So, if there is a specific place you want to go make sure you verify the business hours.

I think you’ll be safe, they only serve buffet breakfast at the resort. The market area has several establishments that are non sea food.

I took a taxi and I think it was $25 or thereabouts (I know I gave the driver less than $30 including the tip - I think with tip I gave him $25). I'm not aware of any shuttle or bus between the hotel and the airport.
