My parents, my siblings, and our spouses vacationed at Atlantis about one year ago. The room was incredibly expensive, and we expected equally incredible service when we arrived. We were sorely disappointed. The hotel and resort staff were less than helpful, and only one or two of them ever even smiled at us. We were harassed by guests staying at...

We had the most amazing honeymoon at the reef Atlantis . I would recommend the reef if you want a quieter area, the pool and beech are within 100 yards of the hotel and there is pool / beach side service. If you head down to the water slide area it's a lot more lively but it's nice to be...

By far the best vacation I have ever experienced. The hotel had washers and dryers available for its guest to use and considering we were on the beach half the time or in the pool we definitely put them to good use. The bed was unbelievably comfortable but the pull out couch wasn't. Compared to the other hotels it was...

I cant say enough great things about The Reef Atlantis. My wife and I have spent our last 3 vacations at The Reef and have had a great stay each time. My first experience to the Bahamas was very memorable. Memorable because the original hotel I booked appeared great online, but upon my arrival was dilapidated. After deciding to not...

We just got back from the Reef Atlantis- we were there from April 16 through the 22. The hotel itself was very beautiful- the room was great. We had a one bedroom- and it had a small kitchen and a table where you could eat, which was very convenient. The room was quiet -we could not hear our neighbors or...

1 br apt was expensive but worth it for FAM of 4. Included wifi and breakfast for 2, which we used as brunch at mosaic each day at 11am. Quick snack and starbucks coffee for breakfast before hitting park early. Used Cheryl taxi service and she was prompt, accommodating, and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Cheryl!

We arrived in the Bahamas at The Reef Bahamas and first off, the view was great from our suite and I absolutely loved that our suite came with a well equipped kitchen, so we were able to shop and do our own cooking as the meals were a tad overpriced and never to my taste. I liked the hotel for...

We, a family of four, stayed here for two days simply for the waterpark. This hotel was better than I expeted and when you look at the combination of free access to the waterpark it is good value. The staff were competent and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves and the waterpark was fun. Go to the Mesa Grill restaurant it is...

The Reef Atlantis is a top-notch vacation spot. We were there for the first time last week (April) for spring break (myself, husband and our two boys 10 and 8). Perfect for that age range. Hotel is at the far end of the vast Atlantis property, but that has pros and cons. Exclusive feeling, private beach, but also a good...

We had booked a limo as our mode of transportation through Atlantis well in advance of our stay. Upon booking I asked where we would find our limo, what color shirts they'd where, etc. The reservation agent said, "honey, it's just like the movies....walk to the curb and your driver will be waiting for you with your name on a...
